Gulf View Condo - Great Location!

The Highlights

A fabulous, partial, Gulf view, a beachside pool and a tastefully decorated unit checks all the most important boxes! Solid surface flooring and granite counter tops add to the comfort and convenience. Be sure to enjoy coffee, cocktails and conversation on the spacious deck. You'll love the location! Buena Vista 203 is ideally located and within walking distance to all your favorite restaurants and shops. Pro-Tip: If it isn't a beach day, you'll love the convenience of the beachfront pool!

The Space

You'll find a comfortable and inviting living room as well as a dining table in this open floor plan unit. The ample kitchen allows for simple meal preparation should you choose to dine in. The breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining and provides additional dining/entertaining space.

One of the bedrooms has a king bed as well as a private en suite bathroom and balcony access. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and shares the hall bath. There is an air mattress which provides additional sleeping. In all, this condo can accommodate 6 guests.

2 parking passes are included in your booking fees and will be left in the unit upon your arrival.

Nice clean , great space, Only downside was the people who own unit 101 are very rude to others and the security guards stare up at the balconies like peeping Tom’s

Overall good stay

Pro: Good location. Easy access to beach. Good price/value for stay. Visible areas of condo were clean and in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was functional and well-stocked. Beach/gulf are visible from balcony. Quick response to questions and concerns. Pool was nothing fancy but it was well-maintained and not in disrepair. Condo is convenient to elevator and carts in parking area were very helpful. Easy parking but make sure you keep your parking pass visible. Condo pics are accurate. Con: No interior latch or deadbolt on entry door and nothing to keep my excited 3 year old inside the condo other than the inconvenient barricade I had to construct against the door and move over and over. I caught her outside the door twice before I made the barricade. Beware those with small kids! Only one trash bag was supplied for nearly a weeklong stay. Main areas were clean but other areas like under beds, corners, behind furniture were not. The whole place could use a good thorough cleaning, including the furniture.

Sunny shores

Location, Location,location. Backyard was the ocean. Meal prepping was a joy as views were to the ocean. Everything was wonderful i just wished the pool had some shade as it got very hot. Seems like the cleaning staff missed a few spots but most noticeable were the bathrooms. All in all it was a wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I chose this location for our first ever visit to the Gulf Shores. The condo was clean and had all necessary supplies for a relaxing family stay. The location was perfect for our needs. There was a beautiful view of the gulf from the porch. Access to the beach was very easy and there was a good set up to wash off the sand. The Pool was well maintained and just the right size. The location of the condo is not too far from local shops and restaurants which makes it easy to walk or ride a bike to. We really enjoyed our short stay there.

Great Vacation

Great location.

Condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Nice !ocation, we were able to walk to stores and restaurants. Condo has a nice view of the beach, nice size balcony to sit out and enjoy the sound of the waves. Great communication from host with information we needed for check in and out.

Would stay here again. Love the beach access, the walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool was closed the whole time we were there, but enjoyed the beach!
