The Blue Bungalow - Private Dock/Quiet Cove - 3Bedroom/2 Bath

Welcome to The Blue Bungalow! Come Play & Recharge! We’re located on the 28.5 MM tucked away in a quiet, but convenient, no wake cove. Great if you’re looking to swim off the dock, go kayaking, fishing & just not having to worry about much boat traffic. All still within quick access to the main channel's restaurants and bars. By boat we're in close proximity to Millers Landing & Marina, Landshark Bar & Grill (Margaritaville), The Fish & Co, Paradise Tropical Restaurant & Bar and much more. By car we're close to Big Surf Water Park, Seven Springs Winery, Margaritaville, Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park and just up the road there is a conveniently located gas station that has full Deli and Pizza.

12 Min drive to Osage Beach and all it offers including Dierberg's grocery store and unlimited dining options (our favorite is Mama Cita's)

The Blue Bungalow has plenty of outdoor space. House features 3 levels of deck space. Top level deck located on the main floor of the home includes a grill, a long handcrafted bar top and chairs to sit and admire the view in the mornings drinking coffee or while having a sunset beverage after a hot summer day. Also on the main floor is the recently updated kitchen that is fully stocked with all of the basic kitchen essentials & coffee station. On the same level there is a full bath (shower/tub combination), a washer & dryer including detergent for your convenience. The entire house also features brand new flooring that was just installed in 2022.

2nd level of the house features 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with queen beds, blackout curtains, smart tvs. One of the bedrooms includes twin bunk beds. There is also a full bath (shower/tub combination). Two of the front bedrooms have sliding doors that lead onto the 2nd level of the deck with quick access to picnic table and extra deck space for gathering.

The dock includes an extra swim platform/ sun deck, table & chairs, a bluetooth enabled sound system, KAYAK & PADDLE BOAT. We also have two spots available for jet ski parking. We do not have a boat slip available for use, but you can tie up to the side of the dock if needed.

++ If you plan to rent a boat in the late Fall & into Spring months (end of April early May) this property sits in the back of a shallow cove. Depending on the year you may not be able to park a boat near dock until water has reach certain level ++
