La Quinta has become a destination to visit for the PGA Tour’s Desert Classic during January, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament nearby in Indian Wells during March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals nearby Indio during April.

-On the second-floor loft sits a pool table, 70” smart TV and a pull-out sofa with amazing mountain views.
-The living area features large conformable sectional, coffee table and 70" smart TV. Aside the living space enjoy the lounge space with glass of wine!
-The dining area sits just off the kitchen and has a table with seating for six.
-The heart of the house, the kitchen provides an eight-foot-long island with four barstools providing additional seating. Our kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and glasses to provide our guest the ability to prepare gourmet meals during their stay. The appliances include gas range, 30” inch sink, built-in microwave, dishwasher, stainless refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer.
-Guest can access the private back yard from both the dinning room and master bedroom. The outdoors provides cover patio dining table, lounge seating sofas and propane grill. Enjoy the saltwater pool (heating fees apply) and hot tub while relaxing in the desert.
-Additional amenities this house has are: two-car garage, indoor fireplace and EV charger outlet (Nema 1450 plug).
