Very nice quiet location

Very clean property. In a quiet neighborhood. Thing that stood out for us was how quick the owner would respond to us and was always helpful and pleasant. This is a nice place to stay if you are going to stay in Sumter.

Excellent place for my family to stay

I didn't have room at my house, so I rented this for my family to stay for the funeral. They said it was a great place. They weren't to sure when they pulled up, but the inside was great. Exactly what we needed. Thanks for the stay. I highly recommend this property.

The property was just what my family needed and just as advertised. The host never called or text while we were there. That was much appreciated considering we were there for a funeral . Great location.

everything was great. house is clean and comfortable just a little bit far from the farm where our event was being held. but there was nearby food , shopping and a cool park called swan lake. .

The check in process was confusing. It is understandabke that the company needs to be protective of its location, but it's hard for the patrons to schedule events if they don't know where they will be lodging when they arrive in an unfamiliar place.

Perfect spot

The property was conveniently located right near down town on a quiet little street and Kodi was exceptionally accommodating when we did have to reach out. The house was clean, the beds were soft, and the bathrooms and kitchens were well stocked. I do wish there were curtains at the windows, especially near the back kitchen patio, but that's a very minute issue. Overall I would 100% book this property again. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

My crew seemed pleased.they stayed in this home for about 6 weeks while working at Shaw. I had no complaints from the guys . Owner was responsive to communications through the app

Perfect accommodations

After living abroad for 8 years, our daughter and her family are moving to Sumter. This location was a perfect welcome home spot. It is close to the base. We had 4 adults and three kids and were very comfortable. It is on the outskirts of town but that wasn’t a problem. The only thing we had to complain about was the mosquitoes! If you stay here in the Summer, be prepared.

Clean place, comfortable home.

Place was comfortable and clean. Kids enjoyed the beds and they even had a couple fans for us to use. Kodi was helpful. TV’s were great, kids enjoyed the game room too! Would stay again when in sumpter.
