The host communicated very efficiently and was able to accommodate any needs that was required. The residence is a lovely space, the area is extremely peaceful and safe. I really enjoyed my 4 week stay with my children and they absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for allowing me and my family to stay at your accommodation.get booking guys you will not be disappointed.

Right from the beginning to the end of our stay the owner's communication with me was amazing. The property is lovely. Clean, cozy, comfortable, spacious, so excellent having an ice maker built in the fridge, so handy having a washing machine, toaster oven so didn't have to heat up kitchen using the oven, and the pool is beautuful. There is a grocery / liquor store near to the pool area that you can pick up a few items if needed. The area is super quiet and very pretty. Cheers, Cheryl from Winnipeg, Canada

Great stay

We stayed for 2 months and we had a great time. The house was lovely and the pool was fantastic. It was just my husband and I , so the house was far more than we needed but it was worth it

This property is located within the gated community at Richmond, very convenient location in Ochi Rios. The owner was awesome, he was readily available and responsive. The property is very fruitful and my kids were not bored. They were happy to play on the Xbox, watch a movie or go to the pool. The property comfortably accommodated my family and I and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a short term rental. Thank you for all your help throughout this stay.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed here for one week in February. Definitely more room/space than we needed, but we couldn't pass up the price. The house is in a gated community, and the security was top notch! Owner was easy to get ahold of and checked in on us via messaging to make sure our stay was going well. The only thing I would suggest is a coffee maker (unless there was one and I missed it!). There is a store/market right outside of the neighborhood (less than 10 minute walk) with a great variety of items. Also has a deli/counter service restaurant. An ice cream shop is directly across the parking lot. Community pool well maintained and offers drinks for purchase. Small workout room also close by in neighborhood. Richmond Estates was a great choice for our stay!

Great place to stay! The house was clean, nice landscaping, with what you need to relax and just vacation. Good location for access to activities. Ease for checking in and out. Host was quick to respond before, during and after our stay.

Property is a true Home away. It's has all the amenities you would find in your own home with the exception of a hair dryer. The host is courteous and accommodating.
