This amazing property is right in the heart of Williamsburg and is full furnished down to the linens. Enjoy all the area has to offer including Busch Gardens, Water Country, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown, Yorktown Battlefields, President's Park, Shopping, Dining and much much more. One-bedroom suites feature private bedrooms with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate the economy of a kitchenette or full kitchen, separate living/dining areas, and a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly nights in some resort suites. The property has no elevators. This property has a $10/day amenity fee which includes numerous amenities including, premium WiFi for unlimited devices ($50 weekly value), unlimited use of arcades, gas grill and gazebo, DVD rentals, movie theater, popcorn, mini-golf, tennis, and kid's activities (crafts and games). No parking

The parking was no parking every night we either had to park in a different section or make up a parking space. This was very inconvenient for us. The kitchenette was a little outdated. No ice maker.

Details

Photos that represent a King Suite are what people see however, photos of a King Studio should also be included. Under description you will see kitchen/kitchenette which means your stay could be in either Studio or Suite. The studio is much smaller, more appropriate for a couple. A more accurate representation is to advertise as King Studio or King Suite (odds 50/50). Resort was ok but expectation of accommodations were disappointing.

Great graduation weekend stay

The staff and service at Wyndham Patriots Place are outstanding. It's a cute community, and close and convenient for anything you want to do in Williamsburg. Our unit was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable.

Likes: - Can’t beat the location. Close to everything. - Very clean. - Bed was comfy, and the kitchen was stocked - and great. - Wonderful value. Spacious for our family of 4. - We had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed quickly and kindly. Didn’t Like: - The “it’s not a time share, but it kinda is a time share” pitch at 10pm after a long car ride. - It sounded like a herd of Serengeti elephants in the unit above us.

Convenient, clean, quiet.

Cozy and clean, loved having a kitchenette with every supply you could possibly need for homecooked meals. Access to a washr and dryer was very conveneient. Great amenities such as a pool, fire pit, and social events at reception. Pleasant and professional!

Excellent Location

Very nice stay. Property was clean, a little dated, but kept well. Loved the location and was convenient to attractions and shopping. The only negative was neighbors constantly slamming doors, even after midnight, which shook our floor/bed on the 2nd story. Not the hotels fault, just inconsiderate people. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return.

Great location for visiting Williamsburg

This was a great, large 1 bed condo. All the essentials were provided but you need to bring you own cooking oil or other items for food prep. The pool was nice for relaxing and I was able to charge my car for a small fee. Only complaint is during check-in they try to get you to sign up for a time-share presentation, this needlessly added at least 10 minutes to the check-in process. Other than that the front desk staff was great. Easy to get to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. I would stay here again.

Better than expected

This rental was more than we expected. Clean, lots of room and amenities. We didn’t take advantage of all the activities offered, but if we had more time, we might have. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone planning on going to Williamsburg. We will be back in the area and plan on renting here again.

We had a great weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. The property is an older property. But it is well kept and very nice! Our unit had a balcony and fireplace. Very nice!!
