The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a few blocks from Highway 133 and Main St. in Carbondale. It is walking or biking distance to City Market, the main grocery store, and downtown Carbondale with restaurants, shopping, yoga, and nightlife.

The closest RFTA bus stop is at Main St and Highway 133 across from Subway. It is about a 5 minute walk.

No smoking, no pets. The house is not child-proof and there are no cribs or baby items.
I live locally and can answer any questions you may have. There is a guidebook in the house and lots of maps and flyers on things to do around town.

Great communication from the host. Property was just as described. Lots of coffee/tea choices. All Appliances worked and easy to operate. Beautiful view during the fall. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything at the property was very nice but was very surprised that there was a single bathroom for a property able to sleep 6. It was also surprising that the so called master also had bunk beds in addition to the king bed. Felt somewhat mislead by the homes profile but other than that everything was nice.

Carbondale Stay

This property is a great place to stay. The house was clean and organized upon arrival. The location is convenient to rivers, recreation areas and other towns and cities. James is responsive to messages usually taking one business day to answer my questions. If I had another opportunity to visit this part of Colorado I would stay here with my family again.

Great Carbondale Vacation Home

We stayed in Carbondale to visit Colorado Mountain College for our son. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to find. It is close to the main road and is near many restaurants and a park.We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning drinking coffee and eating a bagel. Highly recommend the home for anyone planning to visit Carbondale.

Great little home, everything was super comfortable especially the master bed/mattress! The home was super clean, quite and had everything you need. We appreciated that we could keep our bicycles in the garage overnight! Great location for being close to Main St. and also the highways.

Very clean and well appointed with thoughtful amenities throughout. Nice backyard with small deck and patio furniture. Comfortable beds with high quality linens. Desk, executive chair, and high speed internet for working from home. HDTV Smart TV with Disney +, Hulu, Discovery, and Peacock included. Bikes for cruising around town. Coffee maker and Keurig with k-cups, creamer, sweetener, oatmeal, filtered water, and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood.
And a jetted bathtub!
