The house was very accurate from the description and a central location to downtown Redding. The kitchen space was so nice to have to make family meals and the rooms were comfortable. The backyard patio is really nice for kids to play outside in. The host was extremely prompt and I would definitely recommend this rental property for anyone coming with a large family.

Great place to stay near Lassen National Park

Great place to stay! We were very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was like it looked in the photos and it was very clean! Neighborhood felt safe and being able to park in the garage was a huge plus! Would definitely book again if in the area!

Pretty great!

This is a spacious house with lots of comfy areas. The hosts were great communicators and generally responded quickly to our needs. Redding is a great city to visit!

Host (Rachel) was wonderful to communicate with and the house was comfortable for our family to get together. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved the coffee for us and the great coffee maker! The only issue was having to follow-up for check-in info as the cleaning company was not quite finished. Rachel was incredibly responsive which was greatly appreciated! Thanks for having us!

Great host. Clean home but could use more cleaning supplies. Nice living room TV but I could not mirror my phone with it. Date palm branches are blocking the entry. Could use more kitchen towels and better pots and pans. Could use more blankets. Nice warm house. House has basic seasonings for cooking which is great.

Very quiet and comfortable stay

The property was exactly as described and everything went very smooth for checking in and out. The house was very clean and decorated charmingly. The layout was good for everyone to have their own space (family of 4). We stayed here for our visit to the water park, and it was less then a 10 minute drive to get there, so it was perfect! We really enjoyed the comfort of the beds and temperature of the home as well.

Redding stay

Not really a kid friendly property. House was nice. 1st VRBO that I've stayed at with so many rules. Owners are very particular. Would not recommend if you have yound children. Great for groups of adults.

Clean and Perfect Temperature

There were 4 of us ladies staying here during a quilt retreat. This weekend was horribly hot and the air conditioner in the hotel conference room didn't work as it was almost 80 degrees during the retreat. It was SO nice to come into the house and have everything clean and relaxingly cool. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and my best friends family took a 5.5 hour road trip from Oregon to go to Water Works water park. Our stay was wonderful at this property! It was the perfect amount of room for our large group. The littles said it was their favorite to have their own living room separate from adults. The owners were easy to contact when I reached out to them. And the property is basically a center location for all the things we were able to slam into 3 nights. Everything was clean and had everything that we needed, and the A/C worked wonders in the 105 temperature. I will definitely be booking this stay again if we plan to come back in the future!

Great Stay!

Wonderful property. Easy access to I5. Neighbors were so nice! Lots of parking, we took our boat down plus another small car. The owner was extremely nice and very responsive! Communication A++++!

Lovely stay near Burney Falls, Mt. Lassen, Mt. Shasta etc.

This place was just perfect for our party of 10. We enjoyed the space and the cleanliness, which is very important factor for me. The host was really nice, very responsive, and prepped everything in advance so we could make dinner for our first night. There’s also washer and dryer in the unit, which was really convenient. Location wise, it’s close to everything, from Tesla charging station to Safeway, Target, and restaurants, too. It’s about an hour or so drive to all of the attractions that we wanted to go to. Overall, we are very happy and for sure will recommend to our friends/family who visit this area.

Sweet simple stay

We were in town for a basketball tournament at EHS. Location was close to just about everything in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfy, house was comfortably warm even when it was cold out. Our only suggestion might be to have some simple basic additions to the kitchen: dish towels for drying, salt, and more smaller juice glasses. Otherwise perfect stay.

Roomy simple space in Redding

This is a clean simple 3 bedroom to stay at. Nicely appointed. Only drawback is no fans in restrooms/showers. Host very prompt and clear in communication. For our family of 5 w 3 teens it was great for a stop along the road.
