This updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom mobile home is located on Dorner Lake in Wellston. Bedroom one sleeps two in a full size bed and bedroom 2 sleeps one in a twin. The main entry also sleeps another 2 in a spacious king bed. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and plenty of towels for guests! Living area features a futon which may sleep an additional 1-2 persons depending on your comfort level. Bring your favorite DVDs and watch movies with the supplied television and DVD player. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans to cook your catch of the day!
Small propane grill available, it is recommended guests bring small propane tanks.

Only miles from the famous Dublin General Store, The Big Manistee River & Tippy Dam, The Big M and North Country Trail Trailheads, Snowmobile and cross country trails and federal hunting land! Check out all our area has to offer!
No Pets, no exceptions! No Smoking. No fish cleaning on property.

Property manager Alicia, was amazing to work with. She responded quickly to a couple of issues. She was able to fix the furnace. So, we had heat late at night. We greatly appreciate the support and response she provided. The property had a couple of corks, but served its purpose. Its was nice to have no internet, no cable and enough cell service to just make calls and send an occasional text. You were able to really relax and enjoy the lake.

You couldn't ask for a nicer spot right on the water! Clean sheets/towels, well stocked kitchen, the coolest old Ford Philco fridge ever and a comfortable king size mattress! Listed as a 2 bedroom, the carport area was turned into a 3rd sleeping area, so space for lots of people. My only complaint would be that it needs a good spring cleaning (windows/screens are filthy and some spiderwebs in the corners). Overall a great grt away near hiking, biking, fishing, boating, etc!

Brought three boys with kayaks, location to fish and within a couple miles from Sand Lake. We truly enjoyed the scenery!

Nice place for the boys

First things first: I would stay here again with my 2 sons (21 and 16) in a heartbeat. The 3 of us enjoyed the place for sure. Not so sure my wife and daughter would want to stay here though. This is an older single wide trailer. Its partially updated (like the floors and bathroom), but mostly not (original windows, kitchen, lights/electric,etc). Hard to tell from the pics, but its 3 distinct bedrooms. Spent most of our time out on the concrete patio and attemping to fish. Dock is more sturdy than it looks. The aluminum boat was an added bonus for sure. Dublin store is literally right around the corner. Great spot for a weekend with the boys.

Summer vacation

It's not a classy place it's for someone that just wants to get a away and enjoy the piece and quite , or enjoy the lake . We stayed 3 nights enjoyed every bit of it, my wife woke up every morning and drank her coffee on the dock, kids were always in the lake swimming. Again if your not lookin for a fancy place and just wanna be in the middle of nature and close to this is it if they allowed pets I would be goin back next yr or sooner ...great place !!!

Quiet location with awesome fall color view

The fall color surrounding this cottage is awesome, especially with the lake. In the early morning, there is a thin layer of fog floating above the water making it a wonderland. The inside is cozy and clean. The only issue was the furnace fan. It makes noticeable noise as soon as it is turned on There is a small bedroom next to it, it's impossible to have a good sleep if someone sleeps in that room. Other than that, it was a great stay.
