Neighborhood: Sacramento is one of the most diverse cities in the United States and South Sacramento is especially diverse. Its not the most affluent community but I grew up in this neighborhood and I couldn't be more proud to be among so many families of color. There are homeless individuals in the area and some may be turned off by all the houses with security gates. However, my neighbors are incredibly nice and warm. I consider this place home and I hope you will too.

We don't allow more than 2 large pets or 3 small dogs. Please clean up after them upon your check out. If you don't clean after their poop, hair or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $300 cleaning/repair fee will be applied.

This house was exactly as listed. It was comfortable and nicely laid out. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you might need. The beds were especially comfy, and the air conditioner worked perfectly over a very hot weekend! I would definitely stay here again!

For the price of the stay, I spent an average $818+ for 3 nights, I expected more from the property. Upon arriving late at night, the neighborhood looked pretty unsafe at night. With the locked gate, we felt a little safer though. Check in was very easy and on-point. Upon entering the house, a very strong smoking like odor hits all of our nose. It was very hard to sleep at night due to the odor. Everyone had to leave their windows open. The living room has a very dim light. The living room was not as bright and vibrant as the photos. All of the Towels smelled like they had been used. The blankets and pillows also share the same multiple used smell. Maybe if we have a purple light, it'd reveal more. The Bathroom Sink will shoot waste water right into the cabinet and cause a huge spill in the bathroom floor. If you open the bottom drawer, you will know that this is a constant ongoing issue as the water damage caused a huge wood rot hole on the drawer. Besides all these, it was a very nice stay. Very quiet Neighborhood at night. The train is also quiet enough for us to sleep through every night. The host responded and took care of the sink issue very quickly and made sure we had a nice stay. Would I stay here again? Maybe not the first choice but yes, I will definitely stay again. Maybe I'll bring air Freshener and my own bedding sheets and blankets.
