The place was dirty. Upon arrival we discovered the tub had hair in the drain, the throw rugs were filthy, there were no paper towels, the bed was so uncomfortable it was way too soft and had a big dip in the center. The sheets and pillow cases had pet hair and stains. The front door had a huge gap letting cold air through. But other than that, it had a nice TV and was pet friendly

We brought our dogs with us, as we usually do when we travel. They’re not perfect and will bark at loud noises right outside the door, which happened several times, but they always stop when we tell them to. During our four-day trip, we left them alone only three times, each for less than 90 minutes (twice for brunch and once for an hour of ice skating), all between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. We also left white noise on the TV to help block hallway sounds. On the third outing, a neighbor left a very passive-aggressive note claiming they timed our dogs barking for 37 minutes. I find this hard to believe because these dogs have traveled with us many times, and we’ve never received a complaint. When we left and returned, they weren’t barking. While I understand they might bark more in a new place, I doubt it was nonstop for that long. The tone of the note made us uncomfortable and honestly made us not want to stay the last night. If they had simply said the dogs were barking excessively, we would’ve taken them with us for the rest of the trip. Instead, their “we’re over it!” comment felt unnecessary. We also heard other dogs barking for long periods, so they may have confused ours with others. This isn’t the owner’s fault, but I wanted to mention it for anyone bringing dogs that react to hallway noise from time to time. Overall, the condo was nice, though the bed felt smaller than a standard queen.

It was smaller than I thought. Tv hard to figure out. Great location as it is close to Rudleys . It was quiet. There is no washer and dryer and no salt and pepper. A great little place for 2.

Pros: - ground level with parking right outside door- Mets needs
pics accurate
..clean- location is great- allows dogs- check in is clear and host responds quickly Cons:- no soap/shampoo/conditioner- hand soap was water downed in dispersers instead of getting new ones- only 1 TP roll- bed is very soft

This unit was ok and served its purpose. Bed wasn't the most comfortable one I have had but it was ok. I can't complain for the cost. It's an inexpensive place to explore McCall Easy parking. Bike trail was great and easy to get to. Many restaurants and grocery store close by

Place was okay. Bed seemed smaller than a queen bed - more like a full bed but I didn’t measure it. AC kept the place cool but is not not central air. There were not many drinking glasses. But it was still a good value.

All went well. Clean & neat. Strong suggestions: mattress is awful & very hard to sleep on; too soft for any back!Would be great to have a reading lamp/side table on each side of the bed. There was only one. shower tub was very slippery; definitely need a grab bar or 2 in there. Otherwise, a serviceable unit.

Very cute and the bed was comfortable. Was well worth it for the money. Was a little bit of dog hair from the last tenant. However, I'm a dog person so no big deal. Thank you for a nice weekend!

The rugs were old &seemed dirty....The light in the livingroom had no plug in for it..didn't work...the bedding was old.. needs to be replaced...the furniture was well used and no coffee table to set drinks on..I couldn't get my tv to work!! Used my ipad. But the shower area was new and very nice and the bath towels were very nice.Oh yes, and the faucet in the bath area was extremely hard to turn on..old. The kitchen was nice but no wine glasses.. only mugs. Just needs basic upgrading. I liked the hairdryer. In order to use the hangers in the closet I had to take out a huge foam bed from it and put it on one of the couches that I didn't use.

Overall met our needs but room for improvements

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. McCall is a cool town and the skiing at Brundage and Tamarack were amazing. The unit met our needs but I thought I'd share a few bits of feedback that have also been echoed in earlier reviews. Hopefully the collective feedback will lead to some minor improvements that will make future guest visits better: 1. Provide better check-in information (unit number, location, parking,etc) 2. Improved heating situation, bedroom floor unit works fine but living room unit heats poorly and old dining room unit doesn't work/unsafe 3. Safety - outlets missing outlet covers, electrical cords piled up in corners, over-used outlets with multiple extenders. 4. Bathroom fixtures are old and hard to use - e.g. sink faucet is either off or full blast. 5. TV remote missing? - only saw a Roku but didn't operate the TV. 6. Missing trash bags and water glasses. 7. Unit needs a good cleaning

Thanksgiving Layover

We dropped into McCall on our way to Boise to visit family, needed a pet friendly, 1 night stay at about the halfway point. Unit was clean and comfortable. Host suggested a couple great casual dinner spots. Only issue was we couldn't get the remotes to work for the TV/entertainment system.

Parking was a little difficult with a trailer and truck with others in parking lot. And bed was a little uncomfortable other then that it was a great location.
