The place was very nice and good for our group. There was lots of space for everyone to enjoy and the place was sitting on a very private and relaxing area! We will pal another trip here!

It was great! Everyone had a great time and fit comfortably. The reason I gave it a four on cleanliness was due to the amount of ladybugs that were inside. We also didn’t have the code to get in originally, but the host was easy to contact. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

David and Sophia’s Wedding

We used the facility to not only house the groomsmen, but to host a family/wedding party pre-wedding event. Everyone was impressed with the place and it provided a perfect atmosphere for the two families and closest friends to bond. We enjoyed s’mores on the campfire after dinner and it was an all around perfect setting!

We had a fantastic time!

The guys were so pleased with this VRBO and couldn’t have been happier! The only complaint was the limited amount of cookware and the hallway AC unit not working properly. Even considering those things they still had a fantastic weekend of Skeet shooting, grilling, and watching football! Could not recommend this place more!

Family Trip

We needed a place to relax and unwind while being in the area for a wedding. The kids were able to be kids and get plenty of cousin time. Stores are close and the are is beautiful. Kirk is awesome, ask questions and listen to him. He suggested Cathedral Caverns and he was definitely right. Kirk can also hook you up with the firewood. Wingtips and Tailfeathers for the price and location and course hospitality.

We used this rental for a family gathering because it was halfway between both families in different states. We had about 7 adults and 9 children. The actual outdoor property was nice and private when we didn’t have random people showing up unannounced. The first full day we were there a man (assuming the host but he did not introduce himself) came onto the property with a 4-wheeler while everyone was outside and the kids were playing. He drove slowly around the pond without speaking to any of us. He left the property and then came back with the 4-wheeler again and proceeded to shoot a gun into the pond without having spoken to us, introduced himself, or given us a warning while we were all outside. We were gathering the kids to go inside when he finally came over to speak to us and told us he killed a copperhead snake and we told him he should have warned us. A few days later another man drove up in a truck and told us that the owner asked him to do something with the duck pond on the property and he was there with his truck for awhile. Finally, on the last evening we were there, someone came to mow the yard (no warning and no introduction) and was mowing right up next to the porch we were trying to sit on, so we had to go inside. Along with that, the inside had plenty of space to sleep but was not clean at all. We found a dirty diaper under one of the bunk mattress. There was dust and mouse droppings throughout (with a mouse sighted in the kitchen)
