Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much an Airbnb: Cheap linens, hard mattress, cheap kitchen items, harsh morning light in your eye without adequate window shades, etc. Accidentally wore my socks instead of shoes around the place for half an hour. Socks were super nasty and dirty after. Still though, it was clean for a vacation rental. Ended up in the guest bath with a super dirty shower liner because the master tub was backed up. Master toilet ran all the time as well. Tidelife usually does much better, maybe this was just some off experience since the unit is up for sale?I would not recommend staying here if you value comfort and cleanliness.

Great golf access

Came down to visit family in Debordieu- this is a perfect two bedroom location. We also played golf. He said the course was pristine and although a little slow play they really enjoyed themselves. Close enough to restaurants, and the free pass to Huntington state beach ( even though we didn’t need to use it )was an added bonus. Condo was plenty of room for two couples or a family. I would definitely come here again.

Wonderful Place!!

I have stayed in Pawleys Plantation before and this is one of the nicest condos that I have stayed in. It is a first floor corner unit so very convenient. The furnishings are just like the picture and it is very comfortable and roomy. Kitchen is fully stocked too. There is a tv in each bedroom and one in the living room. It is an easy walk to the pool. I would definitely stay in this one again when I am visiting Pawleys Island.

Golf Course Closed

There was plenty of room, clean, nice air conditioning, some pots and pans but not a good variety. Furnishings were good except not spatula! Tv reception was good.

Showers did not work

We had multiple issues while staying here. First day we noticed the place wasn’t cleaned very well. I took a picture of the toilet and sent to the agency. Next no shower pressure and temperature of water was either too hot or too cold. Then the cable went out. Then ants on the kitchen table. There were spiders and pincher bugs but it’s a wooded area. You wouldn’t want to sit out on the screened in porch it was very dirty looking. The beds and pillows were comfortable. That was about it. Disappointed we haven’t heard back about the continuous shower issue.

WOW...you forgot to mention that we sent out several service providers to address your issues and some of them you turned away. The cleaner came out to the unit and the toilet issues were very old stains that we attempted to bleach off. We talked to you every single day if not twice a day...maybe you were having a bad week. As for the cable it was an OUTAGE in our area and we told you that. We just love when guests do not tell the whole story about how accommodating we are when it comes to guest requests. We hope your summer goes a bit better. We truly did everything you asked us to do and its really sad that we fixed everything on your list during your stay. The plumber came to the unit and fixed it...maybe you forgot to mention that.
