This was the most perfect home for our Palm Springs Coachella trip. The beds were not only comfy but everything was pristine and exactly as advertised!

Great house in a wonderful community

We loved our stay at Legacy Villas and this house was perfect. It was clean and big enough for 3 parents and 2 teenage boys. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this property. Communication with the property manager was great, condo was clean and well stocked and the amenities in the community were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

2nd time staying here

I love this property so much that this is our 2nd time booking it. Great location, spacious and clean house with a perfect layout to relax and enjoy a weekend in the desert. The owner is so nice and communicative and available if anything is needed. I will be booking this again for next year!

Great place!

This house is beautiful and perfect for a big family vacation. Very comfortable and clean. Diana was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The Mountain Views are spectacular and there is a nice east hike right behind the house!

I have been coming to La Quinta for 20 years and stay only at resort or the legacy Villas Diana was very responsive . Beautifully decorated . I will be back to stay at her vacation getaway again !

Fabulous Girls Weekend

Owner Diane is wonderful to work with and her place is gorgeous. Our group of ladies enjoyed our stay and accommodated all of us with lots of space & privacy. The outdoor patio is very large, private and with a beautiful view. We would love to return!

Beautiful condo and location

The condo was lovely and very well equipped. It was more beautiful that the pictures!! We ate all our meals on the patio. We loved the gated courtyard and easy walk to any pool. We would definitely go back to this condo any time we are in LaQuinta

Very comfortable condo! Master bed was too high and uncomfortable! Stains in carpet in master bedroom. Lovely weather! Would recommend!

Lovely La Quinta!

Photos were accurate except for small detail- ( love seat in living room instead of chair)- but that was fine- plenty of seating for all of us. One small snafu at checkin - my son wasn’t on the list at guard gate but Diane was quick to take care of that for us. Kitchen well stocked, ( although we eat out a lot!), and loved the outdoor seating areas. We’ve stayed at Legacy before- it’s lovely- and we will be back.

PowerTrip 2023

Property was great! We always try to stay at Legacy when in town as it’s usually perfect for family and friends. We did have a problem with the AC when we arrived. We arrived around 1pm and when we entered the condo it was 94 degrees and not cooling. I emailed the host and within minutes there was a maintenance man knocking at the door. The got it fixed within the hour, but condo didn’t cool down until after sundown. We were getting ready to leave for a festival and hoped by the time we came back it would be cold. It was

Nice Villa Just a Hiccup w/ Check-In

Nice villa in a nice quiet location. Great experience with just a little issue with check-in. The gatehouse didn't have our names on their list nor did we have a door lock code. They stopped our first arrivals at the gate and wouldn't let them in. I had to frantically reach out to Diana, the property contact, (around 8pm) to get approval from the guard. We also had to get our key code late that night. After that the visit was very smooth. Daina was very responsive to any questions we had and the villa was very clean. Diana did feel bad for the initial experience we had and apologized. We would definitely go back. Thanks Diana

Incredible find in LaQuinta

What a beautiful and immaculate place to stay in La Quinta. Right at the edge of the mountains, the sunrises and sunsets are splendid. We had essentially everything we needed in the unit. Three couples each had beautiful rooms and separate bathrooms to use. The deck with nearby fountain was perfect for morning coffee. The only problem we had was arrival. The guard at the gate did not give us directions on how to get to the unit. I had an internet map but it showed a driveable road that has since been converted to a walkway. Many very kind neighbors tried to help us find the unit. Finally, after 40 min, went back to the guard who gave us the proper map. The numbering system is whacky there. When you go, just ask the guard to highlight their map at the beginning. Would still go back here many times.

Nice long weekend

The Communication with the property management was great. The location was very nice, stocked with necessities and beautiful scenery. Great A/C for our HOT weekend in the desert! My only complaint was that the townhouse was not very clean downstairs when we checked in- food on the ground in the kitchen and living room, bathroom had dirty spots. Property manager offered to send someone to clean, but we had just arrived and had a short stay. For the high amount of the cleaning fee, thought it would have been cleaner.
