Bright, Cozy House w/ Large Fenced Backyard!

Enjoy this recently updated all brick home with large fenced in backyard. Located on a quite residential street near the University of South Carolina, Columbia Metropolitan Airport, Lexington Medical Center, Riverbanks Zoo, WeCo, Vista and so much more!

Plenty of onsite parking including a covered carport entrance. Inside there are two private bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed with brand new luxurious mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with TV. An office including twin daybed is located in the front of the house with a desk great productivity. Inside the living room you’ll enjoy the large couch along with a La-Z-Boy recliner and 55” smart TV including several streaming service along with high speed WiFi. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and you can enjoy meals in the large formal dining room or eat in alongside a coffee station. A rear patio with seating overlooks the large private fenced in backyard great for families.

House was clean but there was no dishwasher and there was a dishwasher in the pictures I came down to cook for a company Christmas party had to hand wash the dishes but everything else was fine

This was perfect for my stay in Columbia to visit with family in the area. It was close to everyone and had quick access to downtown Columbia. Chris was super responsive whenever I messaged. Getting connected to the Wi-Fi was super easy. Would definitely use this rental again in the future to visit with family.

Fishing trip

My brother in law lives near by and he set up a fishing trip for us. So me and a friend came from Missouri and stayed there for 3 nights. It was a perfect location and very clean and i would definitely recommend it.

Great house to visit our son. Only 10 minute or so drive to campus but worth it for a whole house and all the amenities of washer and dryer etc . House is on nice quiet residential street. Would certainly stay again. Check in process was simple.

Wonderful Quaint House

We very much enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house. It was extremely clean and upgraded. It was quaint yet spacious and welcoming. We felt comfortable, safe and right at home. Check in was easy. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive and accommodating by offering an earlier check in.. Would definitely love to stay there again.

Perfect spot for USC football weekend

The property is in a great little neighborhood. Extremely close to Columbia airport - which was perfect since our one daughter flew in for the weekend. Convenient to coffee/shopping and quick drive to Williams-Brice stadium. The house was very clean/well maintained. Highly recommend.
