This room is just a stone's throw away from all of the best local attractions, including the Salt River Fields baseball stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, OdySea Aquarium, butterfly wonderland, skydiving, Talking Stick Casino Resort, and Great Wolf Lodge Water Park, which is conveniently located right across the street.

This cozy unit is a single bedroom with two Queen-size beds, accommodating up to four guests, no . Enjoy complete privacy with no shared spaces. It was designed for comfort at a convenient location, featuring a full bathroom and a spacious patio.

Perfect for what we needed

Clean room, access to pool and hot tub at the hotel next door, efficient communication with host, prioritized cleaning of the room for us to check in a little earlier, free wifi worked great, comfy beds, great coffee!

Comfortable room with great pool

The room was great and had everything we needed, the pool facilities were super close and so nice after a day in the heat. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown Scottsdale, we didn’t have a car but Ubers were always nearby and reasonably priced. Would recommend as a base for exploring the area! Host provided great communication, thank you.

It was perfect for me

Clean, simple, great location with so many restaurants, shops & great bike/walking path right next to the Inn. The host was fantastic, the rate was affordable. Laundry is easy, access to a pool & nice balcony in your unit. I’d come back here!

It was ok the fridge doesn’t get cold and it was not clean it had cod webs all of the place I had to clean the fan blades before I could turn it on and there was food all over under the beds the owner was good at getting back to me but they need a better housekeeper

Thank you for your feedback. We were genuinely surprised to read this review, as at no point during your stay did you reach out to us about these concerns. Our absolute priority is our guests' comfort, and we are always available to resolve any issue immediately. As any reasonable guest would, we assume anyone finding a property not to their standard would contact the host for assistance. We are equipped to replace appliances like refrigerators within hours and would have immediately dispatched our cleaning crew for any oversight. Our pre-arrival records confirm the refrigerator was operational and the unit was cleaned against a strict checklist. Nevertheless, we will thoroughly re-inspect the property to ensure our high standards are met. We truly regret that we were not informed of any issues during your stay, as we would have valued the opportunity to address them immediately and ensure your comfort.

This a good option if you are in deep need, but i wont say it is a first choice. The host is kind and responsive. However, the room itself is very old and has the old smell. The plugs were old and loose, so I had get a prong multi extension plu in order for things to stay on ( like lamps). The bathroom looks renovated,; but there is only so much you can with a old building.

Just a room

Clean room, Teresa was kind. Back door access during pool use would have been nice since there was no public restroom by the pool. Also, having your own vehicle is recommended, if you need a place for your stuff before check in and it's typically too hot to walk very far. Hallways and outside property smelled of pot, Our room did not thankfully.

I liked how close everything was to the condo----that was AMAZING! Unheard of. I loved how Teresa was so promtp on fixing our cable connection and immedniately took care of the problem within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and felt good being surrounded by different fun places and many stores to go to. This unit is right in the heart of it all.

Adequate, but I’d rather stay at a hotel next time

- A/C and fan, shower/sink/toilet worked well - fridge worked, though the freezer needed to be cleaned - door code was not provided at the time it was supposed to be but owner was helpful and communicative - hallway smelled like weed - dark, heavy decor made the room seem cramped, but nice porch - outlets were not in convenient locations and most of them didn’t work - not enough bath towels for 4 people, but they did provide beach towels - stained sheets

Decent place close to Scottsdale

This place is an old hotel that needs an update. The floors were dirty so your feet will be black if you want to walk around barefoot. The beds are comfortable but the shower pressure was lacking. The pool is not heated but it's still decent and the outdoor area and the hot tub is nice. I appreciated the bigger sized fridge and ice machine downstairs. It would have been nice to have a key card and access to all the amenities but it served its purpose for a quick NYE stay.

Mostly great!

Super comfy clean beds. Family of 4 stayed 3 nights, we were left 1 single k cup for the coffee maker, we brought our own coffee but that was noticed. The shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner & body wash! Super nice! I enjoyed the shower set up a lot. The bathroom vent fan wasn’t in working order. Other than that, it was a good place to stay. 2 minor things I didn’t like, so. I highly recommend.

In part we chose this unit as it said the pool was heated. it wasn't.also, a very small thing, but the unwrapped bar of soap in the shower was a bit off putting. It was a bit odd for there to be beer and cheese in our refrigerator.

Weekend stay for a con

We went to Phoenix from Tucson on the same day of check-in to attend a nearby con. Since the con opened earlier than check-in, we spent the entire time there until it closed. The building is directly in front of The Great Wolf Lodge making it extremely easy to find. The entrance was also easy to spot even at night, and as a plus, all the codes worked without any problems. The room is on the second floor, and they have an elevator and luggage carts if you have big bags. The room itself was very clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 kid to share comfortably. There are two beds, a mini fridge, a microwave, a TV with cable, and the bathroom was fully stocked. We pretty much had everything we needed for a weekend stay, also there's plenty to eat and places to shop nearby. I would recommend staying here to a friend.

Loved the stay! We actually extended it and ended up getting an even better room then the last which had a king size bed and kitchen which accommodated us much better but none the less.
