Enjoy this beautifully remodeled home with views of Bass Lake, ideally situated only a few hundred feet from the shore. It's a short walk from the house to a boat slip at the dock, which also offers a swim pad with ladders for easy swimming access.

This large cabin provides four bedrooms, four bathrooms including a primary bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, a spacious living room with views of the lake, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen to assist in preparing family meals. The front deck has a lake view and the back deck features a gas grill; both have picnic tables for outdoor dining.

Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the Pines Village at the lake, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.

Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Paha Dock Association - Boat Slip #9 under "ANSPACH" (requires key). Slip is no longer in the water for 2021 season 8/14/2021



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
