Welcome to this spacious bi-level home that has been recently renovated to offer a comfortable and inviting 1,560 sq feet of living space to enjoy and just 4.5 miles from the airport!
As you enter, you`ll find an open-plan living space with 2 sofas and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table for enjoying emails at home together.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances so that you can prepare meals at home any time you please, which is a great money saver! There’s a center island/breakfast bar with two bar stools for a quick snack or to sit and help with meal prep.
There are two bedrooms, one on the upper level and one below, each with queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 1 on the upper level is the primary bedroom, and its ensuite features a unique custom-designed shower and two separate sinks. Bedroom 2 downstairs has an ensuite as well.
In fact, downstairs is like a fun rec room! It features a foosball table and a sofa and has access to the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced in and makes a great spot for your dog to enjoy if you’re traveling with your furry companion.
East Point neighborhood is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions, the airport, and downtown Atlanta. The home offers the perfect retreat for your stay, whatever the reason you’re coming this way.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.
It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
East Point is an older, more developed area in the southwestern part of Atlanta that borders College Park and is just 4.5 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson ATL Airport. You’ll be just 13 miles away from shopping, dining, and nightlife options in downtown Atlanta.
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located about 4.5 miles from the property.
There’s parking in the driveway for 2 small cars, and if you’re not coming by car, there are plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Please note that East Point is an older, more developed neighborhood. Still considered the outskirts of Atlanta but in a quiet & friendly residential area.
This is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests` safety.
HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver`s license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation. - Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. - Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds. - Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. - Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited. - Please avoid moving furniture.

My stay was lovely! Would stay again... The only problem is the air really doesn't circulate good upstairs but they do accommodate you with a fan so everything worked out..

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood
I loved staying here. Modern decor, lovely host, perfect heat in the showers, off street parking and just crickets at night. It's near the airport so you will hear the occasional plane going by but not enough to disturb the peace. Would definitely stay again.

THE WORST
This home was not clean, it smells like animals stay there ( my allergies went crazy) the couches are on the floor and dirty with visible stains on them, the 2nd bedroom and bathroom were in the basement filled with spiders which were all over the home and the renters still had the nerve to charge me for a night and we did not stay at all.
