Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This adorable vintage home boasts 3 bedrooms, an office space, kitchen, 2 baths, and a living area with pull out couch. Includes a well-stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. We named this house Tropical Paradise due to the beautiful array of tropical plants and fruit trees that surround the house. Starting 11/1 our "Tropical Oasis" separate studio unit +4 guests will be included in the listing for an additional fee. Please send inquiry for pricing.

Great stay!

Great stay for four friends going to Disney. House was comfortable with great area to gather in living and dining areas. Also enjoyed both the front and back porches in a lovely garden setting. Easy drive to Disney. Hosts always very quick to respond. Overall excellent stay.

Great place!

We had a group of 7 adults and we fit perfectly! The neighborhood is quiete and calm at night. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our time at this home. The main reason for our stay was to visit Disney which was a fast and easy drive there and back.

Perfect balance

This property was perfect for a reasonable commute to the convention center in Anaheim. Plus it allowed us to be outside of the area for less chaos. The yard was perfect for winding down after a busy day. And our little dog loved the walks in the neighborhood and nearby parks. Add to that the abundance of sleeping areas and it was the perfect fit.

Would stay over and over again!

What a lovely and charming home this is! Our entire family fell in love from the moment we pulled up. Conveniently located near plenty of shopping, fantastic restaurants, Disneyland, and the freeway. The landscaping on this property is gorgeous and will make you feel incredibly at peace. Inside the home itself, the aesthetic is warm and welcoming. The rooms and beds are cozy. It is an ideal scenario for families or couples who are just wanting to enjoy a calm, quiet, and relaxing environment. Our stay was a fantastic experience for all of us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Absolute highest recommendation.

Overall a good stay

The location of this house was perfect! It was a 15 min drive to Disney and about 20 min from the beach. The botanicals in the yard were amazing. My kids loved walking around outside to “explore”. It was beautiful. We had some trouble with the kitchen. There weren’t enough dishes for our family of 8. We found some new unopened silverware in a drawer and opened it but decided it would just be easier to buy paper plates, bowls, and plastic silverware. There weren’t enough dishes. We also had trouble cooking because There weren’t any measuring cups. The washer and dryer were small but worked great. We only used the dishwasher once but The one time we turned it on, it overflowed and leaked onto the floor. We soaked up the water and messaged the owners. We were leaving that day so I’m not sure how that would have been handled had we been staying there longer. We ran out of trash bags for the garbage and we also ran out of toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Some drawers and cupboards had random articles in them (like leftover body wash, diapers, lighters, etc) and made the house feel like it was lived in on a regular basis - but not in the best way. There was leftover food in the freezer and lots of condiments in the fridge. My kids also went to grab some leftover sodas out of the fridge but when we read the bottle we found out they were alcoholic drinks. I’m glad we checked first - Overall it was good - location was perfect and yard was amazing.

Family Stay in LA

Great stay in quiet home in Fullerton neighborhood. Super cool botanical yard, comfy space for five adult family. Easy access to family events and stores, and the out doors. Host was great, really helped make the stay easy.

Great location for Disney

My friends and I were very comfortable in this rental. We didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were at Disneyland most of our stay. The AC was welcomed and the neighborhood was clean and safe. I would stay here again.

1st experience with VRBO and renting a house

Appreciated the work done on this old house in an old neighborhood in an old borough of north Orange Country. Lots of creative ways to make small spaces work for a large group of guests. Comfortable. Exceptionally well landscaped for privacy. Very easy access to Disneyland. Only negatives were that 1) dryer did not work (that was very disappointing for us a we packed very lightly for 5 nights) and 2) another guest had our access code and he entered our front door as we were about to retire for the night, but he was given specific instructions to go to the unit behind us on the alley. He messed up, but it was an accident.

Backyard is gorgeous

Great stay! Lots of room for 6 adults. Property manager was very responsive to questions. We had a great time! Close to Disneyland, walked to downtown Fullerton for farmers market and dinner.

Prefect location!

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts left out little snacks for our crew, so very thoughtful. The property is nicely located near Disneyland and Seal Beach
 stores and restaurants close by! The house is older and could use some love, however we had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Would consider renting it again.

Great visit

House and property are adorable and well kept. Plenty of space for a family group. I really enjoyed the peaceful morning coffee in beautiful back sitting area. Great location within walking distance of market, bakery, etc. It really was a lovely stay. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating.
