The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, bar seating, and extra cabinet storage above the washer and dryer. A screened porch and open-air deck provide additional space for outdoor dining and relaxation, and includes beach chairs, umbrella, and toys.

The main-level primary bedroom with TV offers a peaceful retreat, complete with a renovated ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower—ideal for unwinding after long beach days or golf outings. A second bedroom with TV and a full bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs, a third bedroom loft overlooking the living room includes twin beds, TV, and its own full bath, providing added privacy for family and friends. An additional living room on the main level offers extra sleeping space with a pull-out queen sleep sofa. The spacious layout is ideal for weekend getaways or week-long stays.

* Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
** The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
