Start your day right, breathing that fresh ocean air on the furnished balcony overlooking the sandy shore. There are three restaurants on the property, but if you prefer to prepare something yourself, there's a full kitchen equipped for your culinary needs. When you're ready to start the fun and games, a quick elevator ride is pretty much all it takes to have you basking near the ocean. With 18 water features on-site, there's something to suit your every mood; choose from an indoor-outdoor lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, and kiddie pools for the younger guests.

After a full day of fun, return to your private sanctuary and throw your bathing suit in the washer/dryer for use the next day. It's time to relax on the sofa with some cable TV before heading to bed to rest up for tomorrow's adventure.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
