The house was quirky, comfortable and charming. Fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and laundry room. Just down the street from the beach on the bay. We got great family photos there at sunset!

Very clean lots of room , beds were comfortable, having two bathrooms was a definite plus . nice yard with a fire pit , neighbors are very friendly blocks from the bay, mins from cape may or wildwood. The host was very nice and responsive to all my questions .

Perfect for a beach getaway!

We had a great time! The house was clean, plenty of living room space for everyone to relax. Not a far drive from the beach, a little too far to walk but a quick drive. Would definitely stay there again

Lovely time in the Villas!

House was very cozy and perfect for kids. Short walk to the bay and nearby great restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Hostess responding very quickly with any questions I had.

It was a nice cozy place with plenty of room for my sister and I to have a little get away with our four kids. We were able to cook dinner a couple nights and then we also enjoyed a local Mexican restaurant that had the best birra tacos! The sunset is absolutely gorgeous it is a must to see!

Roomy House in Good Location

We were surprised that the house was even roomier than the pictures showed. With 6 people it was nice to still be able to spread out. The neighborhood is nice with an easy walk to the local beach. The rest of Cape May is a quick drive. We would stay there again.

Family vacation

This was a great spot for anyone wanting to stay close to Cape May but may not be able to afford the hotels! 10 minute walk to the bay and a 15 minute drive to beaches and zoo. Mary was very quick to respond to all of our needs.

Check in and communication was very easy. For the cost was surprised that linens, bath towels and pillowcases were not provided. The house was as described and the location was very nice. The front screen door was held by tape, and the house was in need of a vacuum. The trash had also not been taken to the street so was already full. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I apologize for the tape on the screen, unfortunately the replacement is on back order. We appreciate your feedback and will pass along to the cleaner regarding the need for a vacuum. Additionally, I feel terrible that the previous tenant had not put garbage to the curb, had I known at the time of your check in I would have sent my sister over to empty it. I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay overall!

This was nice ! we felt at home ! not as modern but great

dust in hight could be better... like the washing room. the ants were ok... overall we were at home there THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

I appreciate your feedback and will certainly share with the cleaning company as it sounds like the home needs to be dusted more thoroughly if I understood correctly! I only wish that you had shared this during your stay so that we could have addressed any dust or ant issues that you noted. The South Jersey area does have a higher probability of ants it has to do with the humidity as the sandy soil that surrounds most houses in the area. We are working to control and extract them but it does take daily habits of the household to assist with the extermination of inside as well as the surrounding house and soil. We apologize for the issue in place and will continue to contain the problem. Thank you for your review and we hope to have you join us at our shore house in the future.

Close to it all

We do a family 4th trip every year this is our second time staying at this property. It has a nice sized yard for the kids to play in and a little family of bunnies living on the side of the house which the girls LOVED! Super close to the bay beach, we drove up because it was a bit far of a walk for our 4yr old. It was a great trip and we will definitely book again!

Great stay by the bay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed—large dining table for our dominoes marathons and a big living room for relaxing. Would definitely like to rent again. Just a note: need to replace numerous light bulbs. 😊

Great location and family friendly accommodation

Just a few blocks from the bay beach in Villas and a warm and welcoming location for my family traveling with 3 young kids. A nice common area that even included some toys and puzzles for the littles. The bedrooms are not huge but comfortably accommodated us, and there was a nice fenced yard to play in. Mary was easy to get a hold of and it was very easy checking in. Thank you for hosting us!

Convenient location to Wildwood and Cape May. Many stores within walking distance

Great description of the home. Pictures were accurate. The house felt very welcoming. Property manager always answered very quickly. If you rent this home you will be very happy with your decision .

Clean, cozy, and friendly neighborhood!

This property was very well managed. Cleanliness is always a top priority of mine and I felt comfortable in this home as if it were my own. The neighbors are all friendly and even had a nice conversation with one of them about things to do in the area. There are tons of food and ice cream places nearby that really reflect the family - oriented community. We personally loved the massive livingroom space that made a great area for game night! Definitely a 10/10 stay!

This place was perfect—it had multiple bedrooms, a 1 1/2-bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Central air and washer/dryer were also included. If you wanted to relax after a long day, there was a TV in each room. It’s just a 15-minute drive from Wild Wood and Cape May. Villas is a quiet, old town. The only downside we encountered (and it wasn’t with this house) was that a nearby neighbor had a party the last night of our stay. The live music continued until after 3 am, but I’ve heard that’s pretty uncommon. The house was cute and well-suited for my wife, daughter, and me. I’ll definitely be staying here again if I can. The owner was very responsive and quick to communicate with us. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time of 4 pm, and we were able to communicate this to the owner, so we were able to check in earlier.

We love spending time there and our kids have loved spending time at Morey's Piers, enjoying the Wildwood Boardwalk, attending Christmas and Easter brunches at Congress Hall and watching the sunset on the Delaware Bay. The Cape May County Zoo is a favorite as well.
