This is a great house. It was well equipped, a/c worked well, and the outdoor space was excellent. Communication with the host was excellent! It was our second time staying here and we look forward to staying here again.

The house was cozy, clean, and cute. Communication with the host was excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the spacious yard. We saw deer, a possum, a couple of cats, and many birds. The flowers were beautiful. We look forward to staying here again

A very nice, clean and private home for a getaway. It was perfect size for us two. We loved that it was out of town but only about 8-10 minutes drive into town for great meals.

Great experience!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Corinne was easy to get in touch with before our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and super clean. We were visiting from New York to see my husband’s family and had our kids with us. My daughter dubbed it the “Mississippi House” and both of our kids were in love with the space. Will definitely consider coming back during future trips to Mississippi

Secluded but close to town

Just an excellent place. Very private. Large yard. Most supplies that you need day to day were available in the appropriate quantities, unlike others that provide the bare minimum. Really loved the yard and hammock under the shed with large fans. Perfect stay.

Mississippi Hospitality at it's Finest!

Right away we felt welcome and at home in this sweet little home. My family absolutely loved this house! Corinne has it decorated so cute and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room for my family of six. We especially appreciated the air-conditioning on those 96+ degree days! Corinne was very responsive and a wonderful host. We highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Having laundry supplies was an extra. Rec room with grill and outside patio was awesome and very accommodating for our guests. Peaceful property, yet close to run to town if needed. Property owner was in contact when we arrived and when leaving. Great to work with. Definitely stay again. Family close by, so will recommend to our relatives to book this and pass on hotels. Thanks much Cortney.

It was very nice, but constant rain.

It was a very nice house. No TV. Couldn't get it to work. Bad batteries in remote. All in all, good time

Short getaway

We were in town for. Church gathering at Flint Creek. The property is a 7 minute drive to Flint Creek. It's also closer to restaurants than staying in one of the cabins at Flint Creek. In price comparisons with cabins at Flint Creek, this property wins. It has all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, and dryer. Host even provided laundry detergent. The sitting area around the fire is very nice and host even provided metal scewers for hot dogs and marshmallows. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. AC works great which is wonderful because Mississippi summers are hot! There were 2 new walking trails in the woods in the property. The kids saw deer in the trail! The host had good communication with us and made me feel that they could handle any need that arised though there were none. We will definitely stay here again.

Very cute house and very clean inside. Inside the house has everything you need for a family. The patio/ barn area was a bit unkempt, and the grill was easy to clean but a little difficult to start up. A seasonal spray for bugs outside would go a very long way, since there were wasps nests in the barn and lots of spiders/ bugs living in the patio furniture/ cushions. One of our kids got stung by a wasp, and 3 wasps got inside the house that we killed. There was a storm while we were in the area, and the dirt and debris from the storm was on the patio (not the hosts fault), so I wish there was a spray nozzle on the hose instead of me putting my finger over it to spray the dirt/ bugs away. Overall, I liked this house a lot! There were just a couple minor things that could have made our experience better. Corrine was incredibly helpful and compassionate considering the storm. It’s a great place to stay if you are in the area!

Wonderful

I would definitely stay here again. The house was spotless. No need to bring anything but food, clothes and expect to have a good time. Ms Butter checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would give it a 5 star!!!
