I’m really disappointed with our stay
.this was supposed to be a. short trip for the family to have a break after going through a very stressful period with an incident that occurred. We had young children and an elderly mother, there was No electricity on both nights of our stay, I spoke to a woman from maintenance company, she informed me that this had been an issue before and that there was a fault!!! no hot water on day of check out, informed owner with regards to the electrics and she did not offer any compensation whatsoever apart from offering another night, why would I stay another night when there would be a possibility of having no electricity? I would advise anyone thinking of making a reservation here to think twice!!!! There were dodgy people in and out of the building, parking was horrendous, really ruined our stay and all our plans, so inconvenient. The owner really needs to learn about customer service and making sure she does anything possible to ensure her customers are treated fairly. Electricity and hot water are basic necessities which unfortunately we lacked at our expense!

The property is perfectly positioned for anyone looking for a seaside and a luxury break on the Southeast Coast of Kent, whether, it be with family, or friends, or working in the local area. Centrally located in one of the most stunning locations, within the town centre and minutes away from the UK’s only Royal Harbour Marina and golden sands of Ramsgate’s main beach. You'll also love the convenience of having restaurants, bars, and coffee shops all within walking distance.

The property is bright, south-facing and benefits from natural light. It boasts two lavish generously sized bedrooms. The Master bedroom homes a King-size bed and is elegantly decorated. It comes complete with a dressing table, bed-side drawers, clothes rack with shelves, large mirror and boasts en-suite facilities, with a toilet, heated towel rail, shaver socket and large bathroom mirror with integrated lighting.
