Blue Duck Manor is a cozy, Veteran owned beach house. The cozy multi unit home is composed of 8 bedrooms and 4 baths and is the perfect for beach getaways, family reunions, class reunions, wedding parties, family vacations, working remotely, business outings, conferences, and much more. This loving and inviting home is located just two blocks from Dewey Beach and one block from the bay. If you are hungry, need a coffee, or just crave an awesome night out on the town, the rental is just blocks away from more than 40 of the most iconic Dewey Beach breakfast nooks, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and bars. Blue Duck Manor was definitely updated with love. This newly upgraded home features two well-appointed kitchens and multiple bedrooms and baths. The home includes a flat screen televisions in every room with either cable or Roku capability, high speed internet in each unit, as well as furnishing and design elements that create a welcoming and memorable beach vacation. The home's overall design features two distinct spaces; one-side features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and the second side boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 baths! The three bedroom side of the home features a full kitchen and large modern bath. The three bedrooms on this side of the house include one bedroom with a king bed, the second bedroom with a full bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. When you enter the second side of the home there is a generously proportioned kitchen and living space featuring an oversized flat screen TV complimented by a huge two-floor stone wall, multiple couches all tastefully brought together with the comforts you would want in a family home. The first floor features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed close to a shared bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed as well as its own inviting bath. The third bedroom on the first floor offers plenty of extra bedding with double bunks (4 singles). The second floor completes the beach experience with one bath and two bedrooms; one bedroom has a king size bed in a unique A-frame design punctuated by the rock wall and the second bedroom has two full size beds. The backyard is a fully fenced in oasis complete with corn hole games, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, and plenty of seating. This area is great for kids, pets, and get togethers. Don't worry about enough parking. The home has enough parking for up to 8 cars. Smaller Unit can host up to 6 people and larger unit 14 for a total of 20 guests. Linens and towels will not be provided.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

This home is a pet friendly rental with a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs Only.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $430.00.
