Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.
All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Euterpey streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

Beautiful space, convenient location
The apartments are all spacious and beautifully appointed, with well-stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. The location is near the St. Charles trolley, which is a super fun way to get around. We rented the property for a professional development workshop, which worked very well (big screen TVs for slide projection, large rooms with ample seating). The pool was a fun way to cool off in the evening and we enjoyed exploring the city a little bit. The host was very fast to respond to questions, and check in and out were a breeze.
