Our quiet neighborhood is only 2 miles from ANC airport, and 1.5 miles from the worlds largest float plane base if you enjoy watching small airplanes. The beautiful Coastal Trail is behind our house were you can stretch your legs while bird viewing.

On the way to downtown, 4 miles away, you’ll pass a grocery store and a Starbucks. Downtown you can eat at great restaurants, drink at local breweries, go shopping or go to a museum.

Centrally located for all your adventures in Alaska.

This generous space has 2 bedroom, plus a truly comfortable futon and a very comfortable couch that sleeps 1. 1 bath with a shower, laundry room, full kitchen and open living room. There is a patio with a propane grill and a cozy seating area looking out to our back yard.

This property is an apartment downstairs from our living quarters. You have private entrance.

Other things to note
We do a friendly dog that you might see from time to time on the property. His name is Bullet and he is a Black Lab. We love to have other pets join you on vacation.

Simply the best place to stay in Anchorage! The location is uperb, and everything is ready at check in. The caquiet, neighborhood is delightful and everything is available from waking trails to your morning. Coffee. Amy is a amazing ing host who has furnished the property very comfortably.It was like living in my own home. I highly recommend this location!

If you want a lot of room and a picturesque Alaskan forest view, this is an amazingly beautiful place to stay! Our family loved the way it felt like a private apartment- with attentive owners a text away if you needed anything. Enjoyed morning walks through the beautiful neighborhood . Highly recommend-

Anchorage Trip

We had wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay! The place was located close to major attractions, restaurants, and stores. Amy also made sure we had what we needed and went out of her way to make sure our family was taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful home and everything is available. Never knew there was such a beautiful neighborhood in Anchorage. Best stay ever with VRBO.

Absolutely loved our stay! We were so comfortable and Amy and Kent go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Bullet is just a doll, the property grounds are gorgeous, and you have easy access to everything. This was our first experience with VRBO and would hands down rent again based on our experience. Pros: spacious rental, parking, fully equipped, friendly hosts, Bullet, comfortable beds, games and entertainment provided. Cons: we had to go home 😉

Great Place

Our family had a blast. The house is very close to everything that we needed and offered nice hiking trails in the area. Property owner was great at offering suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Bullet was great with our kids and they enjoyed playing with him outside.

My fiance and I really enjoyed staying here at this house. It was very spacious, and very quiet, and we were able to get plenty of rest and sleep, especially after a full day of out door activities in Anchorage, Alaska. It is within minutes of the airport and all restaurants and bars, as well. Also walking distance to the nearby Earthquake Park. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace since we are from Phoenix, Arizona where it's always hot and we enjoyed reading next to the fireplace. The hosts were great and always within a phone call away in case you have any questions. Thank you kindly.

Love this place!

If we did not have to travel, we would have stayed in the place for all 10 nights of our vacation in Alaska! Comfortable, homey and had everything we needed in the quiet, tranquil gem. I would book here first coming back again!

Cozy comfortable property

The house is very well located in anchorage near the airport. But also close to everything else, restaurants grocery etc
 this would be a great family getaway. There are plenty of beds and loads of towels and all the amenities . They have lovely gardens and I was able to bring my dog. It was a comfortable cozy clean property.

National Geographic Vacation

Couldn't ask for better hosts. Absolutely wonderful. Area is great for local stuff and also to do day trips. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it. Felt so much like home the kids thought we moved here and was calling it their home.
