The large deck is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while you greet the sun, and it's a beautiful, shady oasis in the evenings. Perfect for escaping the blazing afternoon heat of July and August. Walk upriver, jump in and enjoy the cool and refreshing water of the Blackfoot River and float back down to the house for the perfect afternoon cool-down. If you're here in the fall, winter, or spring, the two wood stoves inside the house create a cozy, cabin like serenity. Wildlife is abundant, with sightings of deer, elk, bear, otters, beavers, eagles, osprey, songbirds, owls, and many others, remind you that this is a wild and scenic place.
