A clean, well appointed, beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay again when in Spokane. A small snafu with the door code, but the host responded and resolved the issue almost immediately, within a handful of minutes.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here for our Son's wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect! Close to town and the airport. We could even walk to a cute little coffee shop/bakery a few blocks away.

The location to downtown was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The theater room was great for movies and accommodated our family of 7. The neighborhood was quiet but convenient to both the Perry district and downtown.

Golf Getaway

We have been having an annual golf outing for the past 36 years and have stayed in many houses in various locations. This was among the best that we have stayed in anywhere and by far the best we have found in Spokane. The theater room was well used and the kitchen well appointed and functional for a large group. We plan to stay here again next year.

Loved the place and location.

We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our wishes are a later checkout and sharper knives. Other than that, kitchen was well stocked and we truly appreciated the bottle of wine left for us. And watching a movie downstairs was a highlight! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Thanksgiving Stay

We had our extended family of 7 stay there over Thanksgiving. The house was in excellent shape and had everything we needed. The house was spacious and accommodated our family perfectly with everyone having their own room. We had 10 people for dinner one night and the space was perfect. We were there to visit our daughter at Gonzaga and the location was very convenient to campus and the downtown/Kendall Yards restaurants we would definitely recommend this house.

In town for a wedding

We were in town for our nephew’s wedding. This large home was well appointed with high end finishes and a large kitchen, movie theatre seating for 6 + bean bags with surround sound and minutes to downtown Spokane. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

Amazing spot for family Christmas gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Kitchen very well stocked which we loved because we cook for ourselves. Coffee station was over the top! Instapot, soup pots, hot pot, lots of silverware, nice dishwasher and stove/oven, lots of counterspace to create a serving bar for meals. Extra folding chairs, barstools, accommodated us all. Beds were all really comfortable, and the movie room is AMAZING!
