Ces appartements aménagés avec goût disposent tous d'un balcon privé. CDC009 et CDC012, avec deux chambres à coucher, se trouvent au premier étage. CDC011 est au rez-de-chaussée avec également deux chambres à coucher et les appartements CDC010 et CDC013, qui se trouvent au deuxième étage et au grenier, disposent chacun de trois chambres à coucher spacieuses et de deux salles de bain. La pente du toit s'étend jusqu'à 100 cm. Devant la maison se trouve un barbecue commun qui ne doit pas manquer en été. La plage de galets se trouve à environ 15 minutes à pied et le centre historique de la vieille ville de Trogir (patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO) est à environ 950 mètres.
