Motel room on the lake

This was a simple motel room in a beautiful area! Communication ahead of time was good with lots of directions and with the impending snowstorm, we received communication about that. There was not much for blankets and the lights were not working outside at night, which made navigating the very icy conditions (which everyone has this year - not just this place) harder than it could have been. If you are looking for a simple, affordable place to stay - with a beautiful view - this is it!

July 4th Weekend

The room was filthy. The worst place that we have booked in all of surrounding Hayward area. The lights switches did not work except in the bathroom and a lamp. The cleaning service did not take out last renters trash. The air conditioner was too loud to leave on to sleep. The lock box is a horrible process for the keys. Not one renter was able to get in and out of this without struggling. We will not be renting here or referring this place

Nice location, cute room!

The room was decorated in Lake decor, and was super cute! Signage getting to the property and around the property could have been better, and the map provided was not very helpful. The location of the fire pit was not very desirable as you had to walk quite a way and carry your firewood and chair. There was a nice beach, which I spent almost a couple hours in a floaty, enjoying the water.There was an issue with my freezer, not working, but the property manager showed up the next morning and was dealing with it, I just kept my belongings in my cooler and had to go purchase some ice. My particular unit did not have any plates, silverware, glasses,pots and pans or cooking utensils, but they informed me that was because mine was a show unit as they’re trying to sell the entire block of rooms. Very friendly property manager and his wife was cleaning the rooms, and they were very nice to deal with. Hopefully they will resolve these issues quickly.
