Quiet and peaceful

We stayed a week with family, Kris was there if we had any questions. Their coffee was delicious, a must try! The patio was spacious and inviting we could easily fit 3 children and 4 adults without being in anyone's way. The views were breathe raking. Most definitely stay again. Mahalo

Beautiful View and Clean Space

Kris has a beautiful property with lots of space to walk around. I especially enjoyed the lanai with a beautiful view of the garden and ocean - it made for some sweet and quiet mornings before beginning the busy days. Only downside was that they live upstairs, so there are quiet hours which makes it difficult if you’re planning to stay out late or if your group tends to stay up late. However, they were very respectful of space and privacy. Great location, clean space, and great price!

Perfect home for my big family

My family of 7 adults enjoyed staying at Kris' home so much. First of all, Kris was very responsive and throughout the entire process prior to and during our stay. Her family lives upstairs so we occasionally run into people around the property but everyone was so nice. The property has everything you could ever need (all the possible coffee making gadgets with a welcome sample of coffee from the farm, plenty of towels and beach towels, snorkel gears and big umbrellas for those HI storms, etc). The two bathrooms are spacious and clean but you have to be mindful of the hot water supply when you have back to back showers. But my stay was during a storm so the lack of solar power could have affected it. There is a hot tub which is shared with the tiny house guest on the farm but it was not a problem for us. My favorite feature has to be the lanai overlooking the coffee farm with the ocean in the background. You are free to roam around the farm and take a closer look at the coffee plants and Kris also very kindly offered to give us a tour and explained the coffee harvesting process. Overall, we had a pleasant experience despite the storm thanks to Kris and her wonderful rental.

Good place. Nice to relax

Property was clean and very private area. The Rooms were pretty big. Close to the airport. About 20 mins away from the main strip. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay

Great home. Very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities and super nice hosts. Property seemed very safe/secure. Would stay here again on a future trip to the Kona area.

We felt so at home here. Grest view of the ocean and wonderful coffee farm surroundings. It was a wonderful experience and my family will never forget it.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay!

This property is in an absolute gorgeous location with beautiful sunset views over the coffee farm off the lanai. Kris was very helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed during our stay. The cooler weather up in the hills was so nice to come back to at night after being in the heat exploring during the day. On clear nights we were able to sit and relax in the hot tub and enjoy the stars. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family. đŸ„°
