Comfy mountain house in great location

Really enjoyed staying here for the family ski trip. Plenty of room and bathrooms for the whole crew. Fantastic location near the mountain with convenient bus stop. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay with friends. Short drive to the slopes. The house was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked, much better than any other VRBO we've stayed at before. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location- only 1 parking spot

This unit was in a great location near town and mountain and bus stops. We were told in original confirmation there were 2 parking spots but closer to the stay they confirmed there was only 1 spot which was annoying because we had to move our car around a bunch.

Barely tolerable

Air not cool to desired temperature. View was flooded tennis court. Very dark inside. Downstairs smelled musky. Hot tub broken. Building was not kept up.

Posting inaccurate - Vacasa not helpful

The property itself was fine. Good location and decent enough house. However, it is listed with "free cancellation" until a certain period before your stay. This is a blatant lie. We booked this house thinking we would lock something in while we explore other options....free cancellation, why not? However, when we tried to cancel within range listed, it only offered us a 50% refund....free to get half your money back is not free cancellation... At the end of the day, the property was fine, but the experience of dealing with vacasa to try to get the free cancellation that was listed at booking was tedious and fruitless.

Very convenient and spacious home base

The condo was right in between all of the main points of interest. Walkable to grocery and restaurants. Walkable to Main St. or jump on the free transit that stops right out front. Inside, the condo was comfortable and well appointed with room for everyone to spread out. Definitely would rent this place again.

Great condo!

This Park City condo was a fantastic place to stay for a weekend with a group of friends. We could easily walk to the PC base lifts and into town. The condo had everything we needed to cook dinner (though not a ton of spices/oils/etc) and the basement TV was great for playing video games and watching the Super Bowl. I would definitely stay here again.

Kind of a weird setup, 3 bedrooms, one bath on the first floor; 1 bedroom, 2 baths on second floor. Equipment not up to snuff--microwave not working, gas fireplace ditto. Not much in the ways of basic supplies--we had to buy salt! Still it was really convenient to skiing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was absolutely perfect. Slept 2 adults and 6 teens very comfortably. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Easy(ish) walk to downtown (uphill 1 mile) and easy(ish) walk to the base of the mountain. The bus picks you up right outside the door to head downtown or to the mountain to ski. Runs in schedule and very easy to navigate. The condo felt like home with all the amenities. Did not feel like a rental house. Perfect stay!!

Good Location and Comfortable Stay

Stayed the week before Christmas with 3 adults and 4 teens... plenty of room to spread out, and beds for all (with one to spare)! Location was great for us - we valeted our skis at Park City Mountain, and therefore were able to walk comfortably to/from when hitting the slopes - about a 10 minute walk. A city bus stop (and bus service is free in Park City!) is also located right outside the unit on Park Avenue, which we used for trips downtown but could also be used for the ski resorts. Grocery store, drug store, liquor store, and a 7-Eleven all within a reasonable walking distance - so no need for a car (a big money saver for a group of seven). The pros: location, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and very comfortable for a big group. The semi-pros: unit is a bit dated (but you're not paying for the Ritz) and not so sound-proof. The cons: no code given for the hot tub area (it may not have been operating), and the fireplace was perplexing to operate. Overall, we found this unit a very good value. The combination of price, location, and sizeable accommodation was perfect for us!
