This opulent 3BR/3.5BA condo is part of Lift -- a new ski-in, ski-out community at the base of Park City's Canyons Village. Located in the middle of all the action, youâll be within steps of the high-speed Sunrise chairlift, fabulous boutiques, and excellent dining.
Your design-forward unit promises an upscale experience for your mountain getaway, highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and an all-suite layout. On-site amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center as well as an all-season heated pool deck and hot tubs.
LIVING AREA
Anchored by an elegant fireplace wall with custom millwork, the sunny living area invites you to unwind into vacation mode. Recline on the queen sofa bed and watch shows on the 55â TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sparkling kitchen boasts quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
As dinner simmers, perch at the island bar for four. Then share culinary masterpieces around the table for eight in the dining area.
BED & BATH
The primary suite features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a a deep bathtub and a walk-in shower.
The second suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. (This suite may be locked off from the rest of the rental to create a private unit.)
The third suite offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a plush daybed, and a small game table. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
Each suite includes a 55â TV.
A half bath adds convenience.

Relax on the expansive pool deck, which includes a heated year-round pool and two hot tubs. Cabanas, ample loungers, a firepit, and an outdoor living room with a fire table round out this exceptional outdoor entertaining space.
Find large screens with real-time conditions of your favorite runs in the clubroom; this social venue also has a multi-media entertainment wall and pool table. A kidsâ play space and teensâ game room offer family fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
