Your rental is located within an easy walk of the free Park City bus line, and itâs only a 35-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport.

Relax fully in the cozy living area, appointed with a plush couch, a pair of comfy love seats, and a 47' flat-screen TV. Kick back and enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace
KITCHEN & DINING
Open to the living area, a well-equipped kitchen features pine cabinetry, granite countertops, and a full suite of appliances -- including a side-by-side refrigerator and gas range.
Thereâs seating for two at the breakfast bar. Adjacent, a dining area with vintage ski posters has a wooden table for six.
BED & BATH
Located at Bear Hollow Village, this 4BR/3BA townhouse in Park City is just 5.4 miles from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort.
On the top floor, a master bedroom with inviting mountain decor boasts a California king bed, 50' TV, and walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.
Located on the entry-level, a gorgeous second bedroom boasts a king bed, its own gas fireplace, and a 40' flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Accessible only via the second bedroom, a small side room is great for kids -- furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
On the second floor, the third guest room has a queen bed and 40' TV. A nearby fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private deck with an open-air hot tub!
A guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Enjoy the 'whole house fan' in the Spring, Summer and Fall. With windows slightly open you can enjoy the fresh air and cool nights in Park City.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a boot dryer are provided.
A printer is available in unit for guest use.
Parking is provided for four vehicles (two in the driveway and two in the garage). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The house is also less than 6 miles from downtown Park City for shopping, art galleries, and an eclectic dining scene encompassing upscale restaurants and casual eateries.
