Your family or friends will be nestled on 8 acres in the Kiamichi Forest near Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Cedar Creek Golf Course, hiking trails and the many other attractions of BrokenBow and Hochatown.
The Washer and Dryer machines are locked in a room with the cleaning products for security purposes (to have it away from children and avoid accidents). You can inform ahead that you will use it and we will give you access.

Great, clean place to stay for families. Lots of room & great fire pit for late night smores. We heard a little noise from the highway, but convenient location in Broken Bow.

Sibling annual reunion! This house was perfect for us. The fall leaves, the fall decor, the perfect weather! We never ate out at all. We used the well equipped kitchen everyday! We slept very well in comfortable beds, thrifted during the day! Very convenient location with a short distance to town! All of us hated to leave and go our separate ways to different parts of the state! We would love to use this home again! We had no complaints at all! Thank you for the use of your beautiful home!

What a great find! Clean, comfortable, & super cute! Fantastic kitchen with a gas (propane) cooktop, lots of family games including the corn hole & hatchet throwing (safe, made of plastic). We really enjoyed drinking coffee and tea in one of several sitting areas around the property. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house and property

This is an excellent house and location! You truly feel like you are away from it all. The house is close enough to Broken Bow and the state park/Hochatown, yet away from the traffic and crowds. Lisa was easy to communicate with and the house was so clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there in the kitchen and the grill, games and fire pit made for wonderful family evenings.

Great location. Felt remote but close to conveniences. Decorated for Xmas beautifully. Fireplace didn’t work and stove needs repaired. So clean and well equipped.

Sister trip

From the moment we drove up, we knew we picked a great retreat offering the solitude we were seeking. The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and accommodating for 5 adults. The kitchen was the center of attention since we spent majority of time cooking and having lots of laughs over our culinary skills. It was well equipped with very nice cook and dinnerware. If we were not in the home, we were hanging out around the fire pit. The location was perfectly situated near town and Beavers Bend State Park where we hiked some great trails. We always had a prompt response from the homeowner if we needed suggestions about the area or questions. Overall, this was a wonderful setting, beautiful home, perfect location and offered all the amenities we hoped to have for our trip. Definitely would book again.

Excellent and easy

This is a very quiet, spacious place. Don't let the location fool you, the road is very quiet at night. We stayed there twice. SUPER easy to deal with.

Single story blessing

Lisa has a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. We picked this property because it provided accessbility for our mobility challenged family members. You can't know how much value there is to this is until you have to navigate decreased mobility. A couple of beds were a little taller than we anticipated which caused a few challenges, but we were able to adapt. We had hoped to grill outside, but unfortunately was unable to due to a burn ban (we brought the rain with us though *wink*). Otherwise, the only thing we would have changed was the ability to circulate/adjust the air a little more in the kitchen and livingroom especially while cooking. I think we are just hot bodied people. 😀 thank you for lending your space to our family. Great memories made.

Amazing!

We had the best time staying here. It’s so close to places to kayak and hike. We loved getting a mix of the outdoors and a beautiful indoor space to relax at. The property also has so many games to offer! I’d definitely recommend staying here :)

Loved this single level farmhouse! Wonderful layout of a property that covered all family interests and activities. Dream area for fishing between the two lakes. Definitely will be back again!
