Espace - Vues - Beaucoup de salles de bains! Que fait un grand lieu de vacances pour une grande famille (ou deux)?

Regarder les couchers de soleil depuis le dernier étage grande salle de séjour et le pont de cette magnifiquement décoré, à quatre niveaux, la zone 2 climatisées condo de luxe avec vue panoramique sur la baie de Barnegat. Et WiFi, bien sûr!

Le grand salon avec de nombreux sièges et 14 'fenêtres vous offre exquise, vues se détendre après une journée à la plage. Le téléviseur 40 "LCD avec son surround rend soirée cinéma un plaisir.

Le plancher pont supérieur est parfait pour un barbecue que vous regardez les bateaux sur la voie navigable inter-côtier. Une cuisine complète avec électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un bar sont ouverts à la salle à manger avec des sièges pour 8. Il ya une salle de bain de la moitié et de blanchisserie, trop.

La taille et l'agencement est parfait pour les familles ou les couples étendus. Beaucoup d'intimité et d'espace pour tout le monde.

Sur le premier étage il ya une salle de télévision (parfait pour mettre en place les enfants avec leurs jeux), une grande chambre avec des meubles en osier brun antique et 2 lits doubles. Il ya une salle de bain complète et terrasse privée.

La suite principale est à son propre niveau et a un lit king avec Ralph Lauren literie, de hauts plafonds, coin salon avec TV LCD / VCR / DVD et d'une salle de bain privée. Le troisième étage a un lit à baldaquin queen avec Laura Ashley literie et la moitié de bain et TV LCD. La chambre à côté avec lits jumeaux a blanchi les meubles en osier et salle de bain complète, TC LCD avec lecteur DVD. Chaque chambre a beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de nombreuses fenêtres.

Il ya un garage et 2 places supplémentaires de stationnement hors rue.

La plage est à quelques minutes à pied du Théâtre Lumière Surf et le quartier victorienne passé. Situé sur l'avenue Engleside à quelques blocs de la baie Village et à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants.

Great location

The location is great. The view of the bay is breathtaking (either from a half block walk from the front door or from the picture window on the top floor living room. Property is first rate - updated, clean, and well maintained!

Awesome House!

This was our fourth house in LBI and our favorite! The sunset views are amazing , location is great and the house itself is spacious, clean and pretty!

Beautiful!!

This place is incredible! Everything is clean and new and so well-appointed! The beds are very comfy and the bathrooms and kitchen were all new and gorgeous! It’s a great area of the island and their website was super helpful in terms of recommendations and general FYI. One week wasn’t enough! The owners are lovely!! We can’t wait to go back!

Such a nice place

Elizabeth and Roger did this place right. Could not have asked for a better pet friendly place to rent that was super clean. You would never know pets are allowed. We will be back.

Spacious and beautiful townhouse

We had a wonderful stay here. Besides the great view and location, this townhouse is spacious, beautifully updated and well-equipped. Roger and Liz were a pleasure to work with and answered all questions with ease. We’re hoping to return in the near future!

Lovely Condo, nice and clean, new kitchen and bathrooms, great location

Everything was good, most of the condo has been renovated, bathrooms and kitchen were lovely, location was great, Communication with Roger was very positive, Just a few things I would say is AC to the bedrooms wasn’t great, probably needs to be upgraded , fans were provided which helped, and the fact it was a condo with neighbors right next to us on either side I was very aware of our noisy teenagers and was a little on edge at night when other friends came over to hang out, probably better for younger kids and adults than teenagers Also I couldn’t see a folder with house rules- allocated parking spots, and directions how to use the tv remotes etc. But overall we had a great time and I would highly recommend

We're glad you and your family enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your input and have improved the air conditioning though the fans are still a "white noise" favorite of our family. Our "Beach House Notes" are on our website and include all of the information you mentioned. We're making sure that a copy is left on the counter for anyone who doesn't want to access the website. We have neighbors with teens on one side, and families usually rent the other side, so we haven't had any issues with noise. The townhouses are family-friendly - even for teens! I want to thank you again for the care you took of everything and for your suggestions. We hope you'll be able to visit again.

Perfect location-wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect-walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, spacious, well-stocked and well appointed. We really enjoyed the view and sunsets from the main living area, and having a cocktail on the deck. It was also great that it was a pet-friendly rental and our dogs enjoyed the walks by the bay and finding so many sunny spots to relax. Liz was gracious and accommodating. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We'll be back!

Great place to stay with family or a group of friends!

We cooked a lot and couldn’t be happier with the amount of dishes and tools in the kitchen. The balcony was wonderful for sipping wine in the evening after the kids are asleep.

Large, individual privacy, well equipped, professional kitchen. Owners are always available if needed for questions or suggestions about local favorites The views are incredible and always changing. Sunsets, sailboats, sparkling water. 54 windows. Many special conveniences to make a memorable stay.

Just Perfect

We rented this home to accommodate our large family and it did so, very comfortably. The location is good. Extremely close to the bay and a short walk to the beach. The unit itself is lovely. We felt so at home. The spacious, airy atmosphere is relaxing and the four levels afforded each of us our privacy. The decor is pretty and the kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you could ever want or need to prepare and serve a meal. The main living area is on the top floor which took some getting used to but I quite enjoyed it with the tall windows and skylights. Plus we got to bring the dog along which was a bonus. I highly recommend this condo. It was clean and bright. The photos here do not begin to show how nice it really is. I would go back again. Go! Have fun!

The location is perfect. We can walk or bike anywhere we need to go. We love to watch the early morning sailboats on the bay and the fishermen returning home at dusk - from the sofa. No need to go outside to see the Bay We enjoy the high ceilings and big rooms. The space to be together - and the room to be alone.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The views of the Bay - the sunsets - are spectacular. After a day at the beach it's wonderful to sit on the top floor deck with a glass of wine and watch the boats returning to the marina and the light show as the sun goes down. Our family ranges in age from 23 to 92 so everyone is on a different schedule and has their own idea of 'vacation'. The space and privacy in the condo makes it possible for the early risers to be up and around without bothering those who stayed up (too) late.
