Penthouse Beachfront 22-23rd Floors-Fully Remodeled 2022 Very Quiet Neighborhood

Our unit is in Ocean Forest Plaza which is in the quiet area of Myrtle Beach. It is two stories on the 22nd and 23rd floor with incredible ocean views as far away as the North Carolina border. The Complete tear down and remodel was finished on March 31, 2022. It is impeccably furnished and everything is brand-new. We furnished as if it was our home and we are extremely proud. The many pictures will bear out the above. There is underground and side of building parking. Many excellent restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores etc. within a three-mile radius. It is perfect for four/five adults and two children up to the age of 17. Maximum six. The morning and evening views on the balcony and the master bedroom are breathtaking and very relaxing.

This is a great place and a great location. It really thought out how they wanted the place to feel Homie while still enjoying the views from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and great location

My family loved our visit to Myrtle Beach! The condo/penthouse was spectacular! The owners thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. There were plenty of towels, blankets, beach towels, chairs, etc. The condo is decorated beautifully and very spacious! I enjoyed having the bedrooms upstairs which created a private space when you need some alone time! Lol! Overall, I would highly recommend.

Excellent location

We visited the area for a family vacation and baseball tournament. The condo is across from the beach and has an indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub. There were previous comments about parking but we have a large SUV and didn’t have any issues parking in the overflow lot. It was convenient to have beach chairs and towels available. Wonderful family trip!

Exactly as described. The perfect place for a vacation. The only drawback would be is that the parking deck is narrow and it is difficult to drive around. Other than that we had a great week. Would definitely book again. Definitely book again.great week

Great place to stay

Overall was a great location and very clean and great property. We love this section of Myrtle Beach because it’s very quiet and yet close enough to everything such as restaurants and shopping. Our son is a runner so the the exercise/bike path is excellent at this location. The property was in excellent condition and master bath was exceptional. Only recommendation would be for a TV in spare bedroom to entertain guests/kids. Otherwise property was exceptional. Would definitely return.

Cozy by the beach

We traveled from Arizona and stayed here. Perfect location by the beach, which is steps away from this charming condo. The condo fit our family of 4 perfectly. It was clean and well kept. The only small downside was the lack of towels for the beach/pool. We didn’t pack any since we flew and did not want to use their white towels, so we bought a couple and left for future travelers. The location was quiet, yet close to all the attractions of Myrtle Beach. The owners were very responsive. Recommend this condo!

I really enjoyed the views of ocean and beautiful condo and location. However, air conditioning in upstairs was not good. Parking was a little stressful, trying to find parking space. Overall, it was a good vacation.

Great Place

This was a great property and was exactly as advertised. Mel was easy to get a hold of should there have been any issues. Property is located close to everything in Myrtle Beach. It was clean, comfortable, updated and has amazing views of the Atlantic. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation April 2024

This was an amazing property. The views were spectacular from the balcony and the master bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped. If you are looking for a great property.... this is the place to be. We also enjoyed the sauna, indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor pool. I cannot forget to add that the beach chairs and the beach towels were a very nice touch. We will return to this property for sure. We will be sharing the link for this property with many of our friends. Thank you so much for being such great hosts and making our vacation a wonderful experience.

Nice Reset

I really enjoyed my stay at this Beautiful property. Everything I needed was provided. Also they provided great toiletries. That was Super important to me. Lovely view from the entire downstairs. The Master bedroom bed was so comfortable. I rested well. The view from the Master Bedroom was lovely as well. I will say, be careful with the stairs. If you are clumsy in any way take heed lol. It took awhile to cool off the entire property,But Great spot. Thank you Patti and Mel!

Feels like home.

From the moment I walked in I feel in love. The colors and decor are beautiful and very warm and inviting. It’s much bigger than I expected. There is not a single thing needed to improve this place. Very clean and extremely quiet. This will be my only Myrtle Beach location from now on out. Thank you to the everyone that helps with this property. This is what a vacation experience is supposed to be like.

Fantastic stay!

We loved our stay here! This is our third time staying in the building but our first time staying in a 2-bedroom and LOVED the extra space! The kitchen was a great size as was the entire condo. Thanks Mel & Patty for a great stay! We’ll be back 😃

Retired food brokers living in Florida. We think you will find this condo unit exquisitely finished with some of the finest materials. The reason for this is that we're going to live there someday because we love the beach and golf.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Very quiet neighborhood 300 feet from the beach and three quarters a mile to the finest golf course in the area. Restaurants are to numerous to even try to talk about. We will have a list of these when you arrive.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

If you like quiet evenings on a balcony overlooking the ocean from 250 feet up with a nice iced tea or alcoholic beverage you will be in seventh heaven as I like to say.
