Laurel Winds - On 3 New River front acres with broad long river views. Enjoy the sounds of the river from the shoals in front of the home.
Main Level: The main level offers spacious great room with plenty of seating, gas log fireplace, smart Roku TV, several games, dining for 6. The kitchen offers gas cook top and oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee grinder & maker, blender, and all the items you need to prepare & serve a great family meal. Pantry for lots of storage. Step out of the great room to enjoy the covered front porch with swing, patio table & chairs and beautiful river and mountain vistas!
1st suite offers king bed set, smart Roku TV, ensuite with corner jetted tub, walk-in shower and washer dryer. 2nd suite offers queen bed set, smart Roku TV, ensuite with walk-in shower.
Lower Level: Spacious gameroom with foosball table, smart Roku TV, sectional seating. 3rd suite offers 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, smart Roku TV, ensuite with standard tub/shower. Lower level patio offers patio set and more river and mountain vistas.
Outside: Unwind at the firepit offering seating and 4 loungers. Stroll down to the river for fishing, tubing or kayaking.
Other amenities include gas grill, river tubes (use at your own risk & bring YOUR life jackets), Wireless high speed internet (WIFI), booster chair, gas log fireplace, wood burning outdoor firepit, smart Roku TV's, loungers, corn hole, washer, dryer, outdoor furniture, enclosed deck, books, games, child gate.

Great mountain getaway!

This was a great stay. The cabin has plenty of room and all the amenities you could want. Beautiful views off the front porch. Will definitely stay again

Great place to get away from everything

Very nice place to stay, the boys had their own hangout, we played in the river and caught fish. It was nice hearing the running water of the river the whole time. I would definitely stay again.

Family get away

Over all was ok. Great house. Great views. But the beds had these plastic covers and they were annoying. The showers could have been a little more clean. Over all ot was ok.

Beautiful view

Property had beautiful view of the river, however housekeeping was lacking, in the home. Management was quick to fix small issue. Lovely dream cabin in close proximity to our favorite West Jefferson!

Absolutely breathtaking!!

We started the trip with an adventure because the bridge had washed out. However, the rental company provided great alternative routes. Once there, we were immersed in the beauty of fall inside and out the home. A weekend is too short.

New river vacation

Cabin meet all our expectations. Kitchen was fully stocked. Downstairs needs to be sprayed for bugs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed sitting on porch watching and listening to river. We enjoyed tubing and fishing. We enjoyed the firepit, grill and smoker. The children really liked the bedroom and area downstairs.

Perfect View

I chose this location from the picture of the river flowing in front of the house and it didn’t disappoint. The house was clean and perfect for my family of five and also our two fur babies felt welcome. The views of the mountains and the New River were amazing. We went zip lining and we road the Alpine coaster, both were about an hour away, well worth the drive. It was a great experience for the family.

Mini-vac

The cabin itself was great and we all had a good time, but all of us are older adults, some 70 and above, one is 83, and the cabin location was much further out than we had anticipated. Also, the twin beds from the photo looked to be adult size but when we arrived, we discovered that they were actually kid sized twin beds which made it difficult for an older person to sleep in since it was much lower to the floor. We did enjoy playing corn hole and Foosball and sitting by the firepit. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend it for those who do not mind being far away from things. M.B.
