2 bedroom, 1 bath very nice condo! We want you to feel comfortable and at home in our little condo! We pride ourselves on a clean and comfy space with everything you need for a beach vacation. Please read on... you must be 25 or over to rent this condo. no smoking or pets. no more than 6 people.

Outdoor deck with comfy sofa and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

There is a comfy mattress, cool gel 12" thick a queen bed. dresser, mirror and vanity in Room 1.

Bunk Beds, Twin over Full with Trundle in bedroom 2, Living Room has Sofa with Chaise and pull out queen memory foam mattress, new bed pillows, sheets. blankets.

2 Smart TV's (one 40" living room, one 32" bedroom) + wifi

4 kitchen stools at Quartz Counter. Fully stocked cabinets with dishes, pots, pans, glasses, bowls, toaster, Keurig, flatware, cooking utensils. Sheets provided or bring your own. On last day, strip bed wash in machine, then put in dryer for cleaning lady please.

Please Bring bath towels and beach towels

We provide 5 beach chairs, a wheelie cart, toys and beach umbrella!

There is an outdoor shower for tenant use also a grill and picnic tables at the courtyard for you to use as well.
Washer and Dryer located in unit. Bring your own soaps for washer/dishwasher

Great place, only complaint was the hot water being a bit harder to come by some times, or perhaps I was doing it wrong. Everything else was great, no complaints. Was there for a short stay and it fit the bill perfectly. Considering going back for next years convention.

We had an amazing stay! Very convenient location- easy walk to boardwalk and beach. Free parking on the street- easy to find. It was very nice to have the beach cart and chairs. Condo was very clean and updated. Very easy to check in and Jennifer the host was very responsive. We were even able to check in early! We will definitely be looking to stay here again next year!

Short stay but great

Located on one of the few streets that offer free parking. Very short walk to the boardwalk. Great area, quiet. Will be booking for next year.

Prom 2025

The house is located in a very convenient area. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk, there is a Family Dollar store 1 block from the house with so many essentials. The neighborhood was pretty & neighbors very welcoming. It is street parking but never had an issue, to be honest everything is so close there is no need to move your car. The house super cute and cozy perfect for my group of girls. I would definitely stay here again

End of Summer Vacation

Ended Summer of 2023 at the Beach in Wildwood. Our condo was great and we had a great trip. No issues with our stay and the accommodations were as advertised. The rooms were clean and everything was like new. Great place to stay.

The Owners were very easy to ask questions to and respond back very quickly! Exactly what was in our welcome instructions was as stated!! Close to boardwalk and beach and plenty of Dollar stores for few things forgot. Will not hesitate to rent again.

We loved it there!

The listing is accurate, its such a nice place to stay! The walk to the boardwalk/beach took 6-8 minutes. The litlte kitchen was so nice and had everything you would need. The outdoor shower was a plus! The little extras were what did it for us, traveling with a toddler. The beach buggy and chair use saved us so much space traveling. The owners were so nice, and we couldnt have had a better stay!

Excellent property near the beach

The property manager did many things that were nice touches: new appliances, washing machine and dryer on site without coin operation, provided linens, had complimentary items, and communicated with us promptly and clearly about all things from access codes to accomodating our checkout requests (using beach cart and outdoor freshwater showers on last day before new guests arrived, but after checkout). Definiltey recommend to others: one of the best places we have stayed in the Wildwoods (and we have been annual visitors since 2013).

Clean and cozy

The place was very clean and recently remodeled. It was perfect for our family of four. The owner accidentally double booked and we were unable to take possession for the first night. However, she was fair and reimbursed us for one night at a hotel not too far away. The owner was very responsive and friendly. It’s only about a block and a half walk to the boards and beach. No off street parking, but we usually found parking out front. It was a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this to a small family.

Good for Me

I had to be in Wildwood for work. I was in the unit for two weeks. Two negatives, it is a little buggy and there is no live TV. There are two ROKU TVs with no live television. Even the news was a two hour delay. It is a great location in the center of Wildwood. Street parking was available. The weekends were a little parking challenged. The unit was very comfortable. The washer and dryer a major plus. Jennifer the owner is wonderful to work with.

Michelle, thank you for being a wonderful renter. I would have had the exterminator come while you were at work. At the shore in the summertime it is imperative to hire an exterminator to avoid any pest problems. We have had it taken care of and there are no more issues. thanks!

rented the "condo" under the premise it was a remodel- 2 years ago. stated, no private parking but on street parking. Here is my review-PRO's-the lock to the place works great, punch in the code, you hear it unlock- good to goNicely decorated, plenty of little signs, pictures, ceramic things on shelves, etc,,,,CONS-owner told me the garbage disposal doesn't work before we got there, ON OUR WAY THERE- the dishwasher doesn't work now. I asked if we are going to be compensated- "NOT MY FAULT"The knob for shower just spins around and looks like it is 40 years old(see pics)the shower curtain was hanging on rod by half of the rings, there were numerous places the remodel showed cheaply done work with shotty materials, there were bugs crawling around.Could not find a spot to park the first night within 3 blocks of the Condo, did finally find one the next day, didn't want to drive anywhere as there is no parking spaces as the area was packed.Overall, I'd give it 1 star, I would NOT recommend it to anyone, it was expensive and the owners reaction to our complaints about broken things was terrible. I am supposed to get a 200 refund, when I asked when am I going to get it, Her response- " I'll let you know"ps- my wife would not allow me to post pics of the bugs and the video of the shower know was too long to go on here.

It's true I found out the morning of their arrival from my previous renter that the garbage disposal wasn't working and dishwasher had an error code. So, I messaged to inform them. I couldn't get repair person to come out that week. So, I told him I'd compensate him for the inconvenience. The shower curtain was not hanging like that per my cleaning person who takes picture when done (every week) So, I'm pretty certain he pulled it down like the picture shows. The shower handle had peeled over the past couple of years but is in good working order and does not spin around as stated. There are no bugs crawling around as we have a hired service in our building monthly to prevent this. This person has been an issue since the day he booked my condo. I knew I should have not rented to him. Next time I will follow my gut. I have been receiving private messages, texts from him threatening that if I do not give him money back he will report me to vrbo. Which is one of the many reasons he will not receive any money back. After speaking with vrbo today, they informed me that I do not have to give any money back as the condo was perfectly fine to enjoy vacation week. As it has been all summer long from many happy renters including me and my family. In conclusion, My garbage disposal and dishwasher are now working perfectly!! My condo is nice, comfortable, and in a great location in the Heart of Wildwood. I have been renting my condo since 2022 and only received good reviews.

Wildwood 2022

The condo had brand new furniture and was very clean. Sheets, pillows, a beach buggy, umbrella and chairs were provided. They have a cute backyard with a grill and an outdoor shower. It is in a perfect location for restaurants and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay here!
