DELIGHTFUL FARM STAY WITH ANIMALS

This property is rather in the style of British guesthouse/ accommodation where owner is also living in the home. Not to be confused with entire home for rent. Long term guests are welcome, especially those working in the area. Five minutes to hospital and other various work sites in and around Roosevelt.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE NIGHTLY COST IS PER ROOM, UP TO TWO PERSONS. IF A SECOND OR THIRD ROOM IS REQUIRED, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $55.00 FLAT FEE, PAYABLE BY CASH OR CHEQUE UPON ARRIVAL.

This is a pet friendly facility, so if you are allergic to animals, this is not the property for you.
Home can accommodate up to 6 guests with three double rooms, two living rooms,
Also overflow area, upstairs attic style, with full bed. But a distance to nearest bathroom. Suitable for a family group.

Love Rural area, so quiet, yet close to historic western town of Roosevelt.

If a guest brings a pet, they must be confined, on a leash if indoors, as I have other indoor animals. Guests are responsible for any cleanup after pet indoors or outdoors.
Due to heavy winters quite often, I would not recommend bringing a pet during the months Nov. through April,

Many attractions, such as paranormal SKINWALKER RANCH, Conference to be held on Skinwalker mysteries with top scientists at various times during the year.
Dinosaur Park, Flaming Gorge, historic McConkie Ranch, Dozens of world class biking and hiking trails. Off-road heaven for ATVS, Scenic drives. Spectacular wildlife viewing, Jones' Fish hatchery, Uintah Recreation Centre. Many events and festivals.
Star and deer gazing from back or front porch at night.

The property is horse property--there were two horses and a pigmy goat to pet/interact with. The area around it was dark so you could star-gaze wonderfully. AND, the hostess was amazing--friendly, helpful.

It was in a convenient location for my needs. The key to the entrance was always left in the lock on the front door, even at night. Anyone could turn it and enter at any time day or night. It is located in a smaller town but it still made me nervous.

Warning. The owner heavily drinks and lives here learking around all hours of the day throughout the home. SOME of the animals are in the kitchen ...the owner is observed tending to the animals while cross contaminating food in the kitchen due to unsanitary conditions that need to be investigated for future use as a VRBO host. The owner provides an unsafe environment by keeping her key in the front door in the deadbolt allowing anyone to enter and exit at any time. It is so filthy we could not sleep on the bed, the host followed us into out rooms with slurred speech and drunken behavior throughout the duration of our stay making is so uncomfortable we avoided this environment as much as possible. We were consistently interrupted and did not have any privacy and had additional demands to keep our doors shut at all times to prevent cats from entering our rooms. The tv did not work. The kitchen was not safe to use as the current stove is shattered and needs to be replaced. The owner is medically compromised and has her pills all over the kitchen and hwr personal belongings all ovwr the house there is no space for a family vacation. She even asked my spouse to clean her house because she couldnt clean in before we arrived. The owner admitted to over charging us. We will be requesting a refund after not receiving the service's that were advertised unclearly. This was a dissaster and i would have preferred to sleep in my car. Unsanitary, unsafe, dysruptive environement.

I speak Spanish and German, and have traveled and lived in many parts of the world, to include Ireland, London, Melbourne, Australia, Zurich Switzerland, and Frankfurt, Germany
I love hosting, as I have had the chance to meet so many different people from all parts.

I choose this area in January 2022 for its rural setting, yet so close to the historic town of Roosevelt.
Five minutes' drive to town, all services, clinics and hospital.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The setup of my property is unique, in that there are three divisions - two very private areas for guests and the third for myself. Two large common areas for dining, t.v. and two workspaces as needed.
