This unit is fully renovated, I added personal touch so you can just feel "Home away from home" beautiful Z-gallery dining table. Foam padding and feather mattress pad for great night sleep. High speed Internet for your convenience. Fully stock kitchen. Centrally located minutes away from two main highways 99 and 41. Literally 15 minutes from major hospitals. saint ages, kaiser, children hospital and Fresno community. Great place for travelers' health care workers and any other business travelers. Not to mention national parks are 1.5 hours away. Yosemite National Park, Kings Cayon National Park and Sequoia National Park. We are 1.5 hr. away from Yosemite National Park and Sequioa National Park. I would love to host you. Just note, no smoking inside the house and no parties. For our guest and neighbor safety, we do have a ring camera in the front door and one facing the parking lot motion sensor/recording.

Great place to stay!

Used this as a place to stay when visiting the national parks, four are within a days drive so it made staying here perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and comfy. Close to everything we needed. There are truck vendors that park across the street from the house with great food. Looking forward to staying again.

A gem of a place - Clean & Comfortable

Short story: we can hardly wait to stay here again! Long story: Yes, it is located on busy street near the train but that didn’t bother us (who are use to noisy streets). It’s as described, if not better. Clean and comfortable and the host was very welcoming and responsive. Lots of closet space and generous supply of linens. The covered parking right outside was also a great feature. For the price, it’s a really great value!

Loved this little apartment. A little dated, needs some retouches on the furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The location was clean but the train seemed liked it was right outside my window. A homeless man was screaming outside on the sidewalk. I know that can’t be controlled but it did scare my daughters. Over all we stayed 5 days and it was worth every cent. I would stay again.

Great location

Great location with an accurate listing. Property exceeded expectations in that the furnishing was excellent. My mattress was soft enough to be cozy but firm enough to have stability. Some of the appliances weren't cleaned properly but wasn't anything that we couldn't do ourselves. I hoped for an earlier check-in given a 15-hour trip but was not accommodated. No big deal. Overall I was pleased with our stay, this location is absolutely worth the price. Very convenient location and had everything we needed. I will stay here again when I'm back in town.

Cute Rental

Love the rental. It was nicely equipped and very comfortable. The management was easy to work with and all was well this way. That being said, I think I have to disclose that it is right next to a very busy and noisy main road and railroad tracks. Heard traffic and trains all night long. I think this should be required to be in the property description. If I had known, I wouldn’t have rented this particular property.
