Recently remodeled, no expense was spared on this 5500 sf Mountain Retreat. Perfect getaway anytime of year and close to all the hiking trails and outdoor activities located in the Aska adventure area. Getting to Maple View Manor is easy with paved roads and a paved driveway.

Row after row of beautiful mountains greet you from almost every room. Cuddle up with two inside gas fireplaces, an outside gas fireplace and a wood burning fire pit next to the pool. Five bedrooms have king beds and the sixth bedroom has a king bed and two queen beds. There are two master suites, one on the main level and one on the terrace level, both with spa like showers that you won’t forget. All bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of room for everyone.

Third floor has a bedroom with a king bed and en-suite. You walk through the bunk room to get to this bedroom.

Our heated pool has breathtaking mountain views, and our hot tub on the terrace level has sweeping mountains views and can be used year round. The fun continues with a shuffleboard table, bowling, corn hole and games galore. You'll never want to leave Maple View Manor because you'll never run out of things to do. Our Chef’s kitchen is completely stocked and has double ovens, a commercial size gas stove, and two refrigerators. Plus a full bar on the terrace level with ice maker, refrigerator and dish washer.

If you do decide to venture out, Maple View Manor is a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge with shopping, coffee shops and five star dining. Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River and the Aska adventure area are in our backyard with whitewater rafting, river tubing, zip lines, hiking, trout fishing, golf, boating, camping, kayaking, waterfalls, horseback riding, festivals, scenic drives, Orchards, Vineyards, wine and brew tours, The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, bowling, movies and so much more. Lake Blue Ridge has walking trails, bike riding and a free boat ramp to launch your own boat. Or rent a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddle board for the day from Lake Blue Ridge Marina, then enjoy lunch or dinner on the water at Boat Dock Bar & Grill. Year round outdoor and indoor activities are endless in the North Georgia Mountains.

Our home is very big and in the middle the woods. Please keep all windows and doors closed to keep mice, bears, possums, raccoons, skunks and others out of the home. Mice especially will look for any opportunity to come inside to look for food. Make sure to keep all of your food tightly closed and put away. Also make sure to wipe down any countertops, floors and table tops after each meal. Welcome to mountain living.
