Luxurious Alaskan home on the Denali Highway

My husband, Cody and I bought this lodge property in 2019 and are working to give it new life. We live on the property with our Alaskan Husky sled dogs where we train and race long distance races in the winter.

This property is located 54 miles down the gravel Denali Highway and sits on 75 acres with 2 lakes with grayling for fishing, an airstrip and surrounded by Alaskan wildlands. The house is a log house with luxurious accents. There is a large gourmet kitchen for cooking for your group, or you can hire our private chef for your stay. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room where the wood fired stove is the center piece and large windows look out over the lakes and Alaska Range mountains. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. There is a second seating area on the second floor as well as a deck on the back of the house. There is a large deck on the front of the house as well, with a grill. There are kayaks, canoes and stand up paddle boards for your use on the lake. We also have guides on staff that can take you on private hiking trips around the area. There are a few other Alaskan style lodges on the Denali Highway, but the Susitna Adventure Lodge is the only private, luxury lodge to stay within 100 miles. It is uniquely situated between the Alaska Range and the Talkeetna Mountains to provide endless amounts of outdoor adventures and luxurious enough to stay at the lodge and and feel comfortably relaxed.
