Guest Access:

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room—please treat it like a home. Keycard info and pickup instructions will be provided for a smooth check-in.



Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, and starter supplies (trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper).

Beach chairs/umbrellas available for rent from lifeguards.



No daily maid service—cleaning or towel exchange can be arranged for a fee if needed.

Important Notice:

- Spectrum is currently in the process of upgrading the cable service to the units. Access to units may be required during this process.



- There is an ongoing structural maintenance taking place at the resort, focusing on the balconies and exterior columns. Construction crews will be working on different sections of the building. Guests may experience some construction noise during the day. Workers may also be on exterior scaffolding, temporarily obstructing some views. For privacy, guests can close curtains when crews are nearby. Please expect possible noise, and pool shut off, and limited access to the balconies during operation hours for safety purposes.

Condo was clean and well stocked with items we would need. The location to the beach and shops and restaurants could not be beat and we had a blast there. The mattress in the bedroom are in desperate need of being updated they were awful. The water pressure in the bathroom was not great either. I would also recommend having a channel lineup to make watching TV a little easier. Otherwise we had a nice time at the condo and will think about coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Cove! Our unit was clean and quiet, with easy access to the ocean and pool. Communication with the property management company was timely and thorough.We plan on staying there again!

We enjoy our time. It was good enough for one night. The pull out sofa was not the most comfortable but it would do for a small person or kids. We found some roaches in the indoor pool area and some in our balcony but its probably due to the proximity to the beach and the age of the bldg.

Great place. Areas of property are being renovated, but overall a good experience. Only problem was having to air out room because of smokers. Upon arrival, the room reeked of marijuana. The security guard helped remediate the issue but a few days later another smoker was polluting the vents. The ac units are connected so smoke smells from a few rooms down will make it to your room.

Enjoyed the property and beach view was wonderful! The payment and verification process was excessive and long list of rules sent by owner multiple times was tiring. Couldn’t get either tv in condo to ever work. We stayed outside where it was beautiful.

Weekend Get Away

We booked last minute for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was just the space we needed and quick access to the beach. Now the overall building needs some updates but the condo it’s self was nice. Beds were too soft for my liking but it didn’t ruin my experience. The elevators were not the best- no ventilation, hot, and often wet due to pool/beach visitors. No fault to host. *Hack* if you are in building A go to the end of the hall from the lobby and the elevator back there is WAY less busy- also utilize level P to go directly to pool/ beach deck for quicker access I would likely book here again

The overall stay was wonderful the only complaint were the elevators they were very slow and the hall getting in elevator on 12th floor the light was out so it was very dark couldnt see anything when getting on elevator otherwise was awesome

Quick end of summer weekend

Smaller condo on an upper floor of busy resort style property. Unit is as advertised with a great ocean view. A little tight for a family of 5 but we knew it would be...much more suited for a couple or smaller family. As long as you are comfortable with the "resort style" busyness and amount of people this should work find for you! Good pool areas also!

Love the location

This is my 2nd time and will go back. I loved the room on 14th floor - Tower A. The room was very clean. Communication was great. Easy to contact and their response was quick. Love the ocean front, Location is near anything you would need. Grocery, going out to eat, shopping etc. It's beautiful at night, looking out from our balcony to the pools and the ocean. Grounds are well kept. Great place to stay.

Spring Break '23

Overall the property was a good value. There was some construction going on in the main lobby while were there, but for the most part did not affect what we were doing. Elevators could have definitely been better. Outside a couple of the pools were empty and one of the hot tubs was not working. The unit itself is exactly what you pay for. It was clean and everything worked. However, if you are looking for a decent night's sleep on comfortable beds, this is not the unit for you. Both beds were bad. Every time you moved in either bed you could feel and hear the springs in the mattress. One of the beds rolled you to the middle. Location was great. We had a great view of the ocean, and the beach was just a few steps away once you got downstairs. We were very close to some great shops and restaurants.

Clean but very dated

The condo was clean and communication was great BUT this place is so outdated and needs major improvements. The mattresses hurt mine and my husband’s backs terribly, there are stains on the ceiling, rust on vent covers and the water pressure is terrible. The whole resort is in desperate need of major updates. There was standing water in the outside hallways and the elevators are so slow. It’s was very close to the beach so that was nice. We won’t be back.

We enjoyed the condo and the location.

There were a couple of maintenance issues with the refrigerator and air conditioning vent dripping water but neither interfered with our stay. Overall it was fantastic!

When we initially visited, we absolutely adored the condo's view of the beach. Our little one loves the beach and pool area.

Fantastic location with easy access to nearby entertainment venues like Alabama Theatre and House of Blues. The vistas and the tropical pool area are simply amazing. The Sky Wheel is around 15 minutes away, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park is about 25 minutes away.
