Stay in beautiful roxborough Park. World class golfing at arrowhead. Roxborough and Chatfield state park are close. Great bathroom, with heated floors and walk in shower. Comfy bed. Back yard space with grill and hot tub. The space is in the lower level of our home. but 100 percent private.

Very clean, modern, well decorated space! Mostly there to sleep as we were busy with a family wedding and activities. Were not aware there was not a separate entrance but the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Bed on the small size but comfy. Great location to Arrowhead Golf Course!

Amazing 4 night stay with Thane and Kaylene and their three lovable sweet Sheepadoodles! Basement apartment is very well kept with anything a guest could ask for including supplies in both the kitchen and bath. Owners checked in multiple times to ensure a wonderful stay. Their backyard is a delight! The hot-tub and sauna are an added bonus on an already fantastic stay. Definitely hike Roxbourough Park nearby. I look forward to staying again!

Two great hosts, very friendly & accomodating. No outside light in the bedroom so it really felt like a cave. We slept great and had a fun time. We loved their 3 big dogs. Hot tub was fine, just know you are sharing a house with someone. Cool peeps, would book again. Thank you!

The BEST little weekend getaway within an hour from the Springs. The homeowners are super friendly and so considerate. Mr. Davis knocked on the basement door and asked if we wanted to see bears out by the garage! So stinking cool! We loved being able to enjoy the outdoor space and their dogs are the sweetest!!! We will absolutely be staying here again next time we need some time away from the kids!

Very gracious and friendly hosts. Immaculate space that matched listing and had all the amenities we needed for a quick trip. Nice, quiet location outside of Denver that was central to all our favorite spots.

Excellent location

Very friendly & welcoming homeowners, as well as dogs. Very nice walking path & nice backyard for outdoor use. Very close to Arrowhead! Lower level accommodations were very nice, everything you need & more.Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hospitality!!

The place is cozy, with everything you would need for a short stay. The art and decor was resfreshing, the shower was very modern, and no better feeling than walking out of the shower to a heated bathroom floor. The hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel at ease right away. The hot tub and sauna in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. Would 100% recommend!!

The host was super nice and the space was great. I must say it was not what I expected. I assumed we would have our own private entry and it took us about 20minutes to figure out we needed to use the front door. Once that was figured out I was surprised to see that someone lives there so we had to be quiet. When we got to our area in the basement I was blown away. Heated tiles in the bathroom with a waterfall shower. Living area, all the things needed in the kitchen, a comfy bed and a TV that works! It was perfect. The hot tub was perfect temp and they had wood in the fire pit for us. So, it wasn't what we expected but everything we wanted. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Perfect honeymoon stay!

We loved staying here at this Vrbo! The owners are super friendly people and we absolutely loved their sheepadoodles!! Felt like home away from home! Perfect for our 6 day stay. Easy to access, cute neighborhood, would highly recommend to anyone staying near Denver!
