Lost Items: Lost and forgotten items will be returned at cost.
Rental Agreement & Deposit: All guests must sign our rental agreement and provide a credit card for a refundable damage deposit.
No Campers or Motor Homes in driveway due to HOA restrictions.
Furniture not allowed on upper deck due to HOA restrictions.
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival.
Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival.
No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
