The minor reasons for the 4 stars were: the upstairs got unbearably hot even when the thermostat was set at 68 downstairs, (the fans helped but were very noisy), and a couple things in the bathrooms need some updating, and corners of showers needed attention. It’s not a brand new home, but totally matched the price, and it more than met our needs. This house was perfect for our large family for the state mountain bike race. There was plenty of seating for even double our party size in the kitchen—I think 6 or 8 at the huge island and 8 at the table with room to spare. Plenty of pans and utinsils and spices for the meals we cooked. We put 4 girls in the bunk room, and had one empty bed in the other upstairs room where our son slept. The hot tub was super fun and a great addition to the chilly October evenings.

I needed a relaxing place to stay while in Utah for a few days. This location was scenic, and it was easy to get to. The house was clean and the second story backyard patio was an excellent place to have breakfast. We didn’t need that much house, however, this place fit our needs perfectly.

Property was nice and clean. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was prompt to answe and address any concerns we had. It was exactly what we needed for a visit to see family and local National Parks.

We based ourselves in Cedar City for hiking in the parks. The home met our needs perfectly. It was very comfortable and spacious with nice outdoor space too. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions.

Great Place!

The house was immaculate, well stocked and had lots of fun amenities for families. In addition to the hot tub, there were tons of games, a grill, and a fire ring. The house is located close to the main strip with lots of restaurant and shopping options. It even bumps up into some Hiking trails. The host is extremely responsive and easy to work with. - highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The hosts were quick to reply to our messages. The kids loved the bunk bed and made that room the kid's only room. :) Would definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Cedar City. Thank you!!!

Very Dirty, Hot Tub Not Usable

This place was incredibly dirty. The carpet was dirty, to the point that debris stuck to the bottoms of our feet and we found random pills on the floor. There was dust everywhere. The couch was dirty and had a foul odor. The hot tub was extremely dirty and unusable (and the hot tub is the main reason we booked this property). It had debris in it, looked like it had mold, and said the filter needed replacement. I was excited to use the large tub instead, but when I filled it, I realized there were hairs and dust globs in the water. The light switches all had dirt and what looked like food smeared on them and I had to clean them. I was very uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness. Just gross.

Comfortable home for a family gathering

Our family was in Cedar City for the Utah Shakespeare Festival. This property worked very well for our family. The young people loved having their own space and enjoyed the hot tub.

Beautiful home with many amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was wonderful with a fully equipped kitchen & an amazing hot tub. Our host was available if we needed anything else but we didn’t. Everything was provided for us even paper towels, dishwashing detergent, toilet tissue etc. The beds were very comfortable & we had plenty of sleeping area for all 12 of us—6 kids, ages 6 to 15, & 6 adults. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you to our host.

Perfect Home away from Home

Took my nieces to visit my niece going to SUU in Cedar City. Very clean house, nice amenities - yeah hot tub, quite neighborhood, lots of lighting, fans, and great AC. Loved master bedroom with big bathtub and great shower. Wonderful to have the half bath on main floor too. All the kitchen appliances we needed. Will definitely book again.

Great Cedar City rental for exploring the national parks

Our family of 4 was looking for a week rental in the Cedar City area so we could do daily excursions to Kanarra, Zion, Bryce, etc. This house was perfect! The views were great, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house fit our needs perfectly. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay in Cedar City - about an hour to Zion and 90 minutes to Bryce

The house is on a quiet street in Cedar City not far from I-15 and Starbucks and Walmart. The house is great with lots of beds and plenty of amenities including board games, puzzles and a hot tub. The house is clean and has a fully equipped kitchen and a large washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. The hosts are great and are easy to work with. The backyard is a nice fenced in grassy space that has a patio and grill and an outdoor dining area. There is a city recreation area a few minutes from the house that is great for hiking or mountain biking. There is also a city paved bike path very close to the house. Whether you are coming for the Shakespeare Festival, or visiting SUU, or visiting the National Parks - this house is a great option.

10 Star VRBO

If we could give 10 stars we would. We have stayed in many VRBO’s this home was the cleanest & well stocked by far. With comfortable beds, main room with comfy sectional couch , chairs & fireplace. A large kitchen table with plenty seating. Plenty plates bowls etc. pantry & extra cabinets to store your things. A lot of high end items that you would have at your own home. Large fenced backyard with hot tub. It was quite cold so we didn’t go out on the balcony, there was a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything seemed quite new. The owners responded quickly with any questions. We will definitely stay here again.
