This was far and away the worst property I have ever encountered on any short term rental site. the property is some four steps from an incredibly busy 4 lane boulevard in a less than desirable neighborhood. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes and got a hotel. The host would not respond. A joke of a rental.

Hello Kevin, thank you for your feedback. Yes home is right off a busy street but mellows out after rush hour. As per being non responsive . Please check your messages, I was never contacted by you. I appreciate your opinion but you stated I never responded and that’s absolutely incorrect because again I was never contacted by you. I am always available and happy to help my guests out.

Central Lication

Clean and met our needs. Didn’t have time to enjoy pool. Central location. Small but we realized it would be. We just needed a place to sleep not hangout.

I don't know where to begin. The front property wasn't or didn't feel safe as we drove up. We had to park between 2 junk cars. It took awhile to locate the key. Upon entering I immediately knew I didn't want to stay here. It may have been clean but not to my standards. We never made it to the back yard to see the pool. The unit was right off the main street. I was just very disappointed in everything. The owner finally showed up and I spoke to him and told him I didn't feel comfortable nor safe here. I came for an art show and before the art show I would have to leave some of my art work there and didn't feel comfortable or safe that my work would be there when I came back. He was understandable and told me this wasn't the first time he had people back out of the contract. That part was good that he knew it wasn't what other people expected of his unit. I turned on the water facet and it didn't look clean either. I was just very disappointed in everything and immediately took action to cancel the reservation. The hard part was getting a hold of someone from Vrbo immediately to resolved this situation.

motel would be better

the listing is false there was no hot tub no washer no dryer the toilet did not flush properly when we got there, bathroom sink was slow to drain ,the pool furniture was ratty, not very safe to sit in, sharp edges, and next to no room to park. with the car that was parked in there it was all we could do to get in and out of our vehicle. If anything we should receive a refund. After driving 22hrs we to tired to deal with it.

Host was pleasant and accommodating. This is more a studio since only a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen. No actual living room. Plus would suggest he clean up the yard and parking area. Make the yard look like the pool picture. Never used the pool. Would help if he put pictures on the listing.
