Welcome to your waterfront retreat. Inside this home find a relaxing living room complete with a sectional and flatscreen TV - not to mention breathtaking views of the Sound. When the group gets hungry, head into the well-appointed kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for six. Outside, enjoy the view from the spacious deck. The flat, enclosed backyard on the high bank only enhances the eastern view of the water. At night, rest your head in one of two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom that includes a standalone shower and tranquil bathtub. The office, which is available for guest use, houses a futon as an additional sleeping option.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Our visit to Poulsbo!

The location of this home was beautiful and rural. Very quite area with an absolutely beautiful view. The home was plenty big for our family of 4, and it had everything we needed to cook and relax. Plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. The house is old with a lot of character and charm. The location is very central to the area so shopping, dining, and sight seeing is never too far. We would stay here again for sure!

Poulsbo Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The secluded location is just what we were looking for, the views are stunning, and it is delightfully quite. Nice neighbors too.

We stayed for the little league championship in Poulsbo. A little older property but great location, quiet, new appliances. Comfortable beds. Very clean.

Great Keyport Stay

This was the perfect spot while back in town for a military celebration. The location can't be beat, easy access to Silverdale and Poulsbo. Plus the view is amazing, sunrise on the back deck in the mornings was a favorite of ours. Furniture and appliances were all updated. Wifi worked great. Kitchen has plenty of pots/pans for cooking, but we could have used more table utensils. Provided a starter pack for coffee and soaps (dish, dishwasher, and laundry!). We will definitely look to book again next time we are in the vicinity.

Terrible beds

Beautiful setting, nice house. Beds were so uncomfortable that we only stayed one instead of 2 nights. Such a disappointment as the location is perfect for visiting family.

This is a spacious house with a beautiful view. I loved that it was out of town a bit. Everything was very clean and comfortable, however there are several unfinished projects around the house and it's not fully decorated so it could be more homey.

Be in the know

We rented the place for 3 weeks. Stayed only 9 days. In that time a few things were noticed. One room labeled a room had a very uncomfortable “futon” the bathroom that others said clogged easily or flooded.. did just that day one. Door lock stopped working and had to use the spare key for the rest of the trip. When we asked to end the trip early and check to see if we could get any compensation back. It was a very quick no we don’t do that. So even though the trip was supposed to roughly be 20 days long. But was only 9 we still paid with zero problem the entirety of it. If this house wasnt so close to where we were working I would have called and audible and cancelled immediately.

This place is NOT SAFE!!!!! We got a weird feeling the first night and we should have trusted our guts. There is access from the back of the house (outside) to an unfinished basement. Said basement has graffiti everywhere and it’s clear that someone had been spending a lot of time there. There are stairs from this basement up to the body of the house and you CAN GET IN!!!!! The door to the house is unlocked!!! From the inside of the house, that door is locked. But my daughter was able to just walk right into the house!!! Anyone could have gotten in while we were sleeping. All of this doesn’t even mention the dirty floors, the paint supplies left out, the living room curtains left on the couch for us to hang ourselves, the missing smoke detectors, or the toilet upstairs that wouldn’t refill after flushing.

It was okay, much room for improvement

Rented this property for a weekend getaway in Seattle for my daughter and myself. Was unaware that while the views from the back door of the water is very nice, itself is completely outdated. From track heating throughout the house. To their only being one TV in the entire place which is a very small TV in the living room I believe was like a 35 in or something. The internet went out twice and the three days that we stayed there so we couldn't even use that as a source of entertainment in the evenings as the TV that was in place there and did not have over the air antenna access either. Initially driving at the home you can tell that someone had just cleaned up as the floor was very sticky from apparently someone mopping and not rinsing the floor so there were footprints everywhere you went. There were spiders and ants throughout the kitchen and the living room. There is a jacuzzi tub upstairs but I could not figure out where the controls for it were or if it even worked as my daughter was curious. Honestly I wasn't going to leave a review but, as I received multiple emails asking for this review here you go. Much room for improvement.

First VRBO I was Happy to Leave

The pictures made this home look a lot better than it is. For instance, the yard looks basic but well maintained but during our stay, it was completely overgrown and weedy and there was a used condom in the driveway. The home was clean but other than cheap flooring and kitchen upgrades, the rest of the house is in bad shape and just generally pretty scary. Lots of creepy spaces like the weird shelves in the kitchen nook that open into some kind of a filthy storage area behind them. The smoke alarm in the bedroom had been disassembled and was sitting on the windowsill. The creepiest thing, though, was that the bath towels had damp spots on them! They weren't damp all over, as if they were taken out of the dryer too soon. And they weren't just damp because of wet WA weather because the hand towels were bone dry. It actually seemed like they had been used and just folded and put back on the shelf. We arrived late at night and I texted and called mgmt the next morning, trying to get a refund for the 2nd night so we could leave, but it took them so long to get back to me that we were stuck. They did eventually give me a partial refund, which I appreciate, but this house needs a lot of attention. It also needs more personal touches. Like the view is the big selling point, yet there's not a single chair out back to enjoy it. In the future, I don't think renting from an impersonal company is the way to go. VRBO is supposed to be rentals by owner but this place is impersonal and sad.
